An amazing owner who told us everything about the town, shared a map and a history lesson, recommended bars and restaurants and gave us some cream for our coffee. We ended up staying in Mariańskie Łaźni longer than we planned because of his recommendations.

Spacious apartment with two big rooms and private bathroom. Quiet neibourhood. There are no parking meters on the street, so you can leave your car free of charge. Also the host was very helpful and provided us with a touristic map.

Very quiet area, close to the springs Ferdinand and Rudolf (and the less known Prelate spring, from which nice forest trails depart), near the park connected to the spa area of the city.
The owners are very welcoming and eager to share their knowledge and good plans of the city.

Easily walkable to the city centre through a park.

Hospitality of hosts, their readiness to share stories in Russian about the resort is valid. Availability of electric kettle in the room, tea & sugar, cups & cutlery is a plus. The nice peaceful garden in the yard adds positive emotions.
Pulsing water supply in the bathroom is a challenge.

The bed was comfortable
It is not a hotel :/
I was expecting a private bathroom and toilet but it was shared.
As a private room it is good choice but not hotel :)

*The place is nice and the area is very quiet.
*There is free parking on the side of the road, in front of the house.
*The owner was very nice and had all kinds of recommendations and stories about the area. He showed me on a map all I can do and see in the town and gave me a discount to a museum.
*The room is large, the furniture is comfortable and I liked the lightning options.
*You can only pay in cash, so make sure you have cash on you (I had to go back in town to find an ATM. Also, be careful that some ATMs charge a commission for cards that are not czech)
*It was quite cold and the heating was not working ..but I guess it kinda makes sense with all that's happening in Europe nowadays...So grab some warm clothes for the night.

The exterior of the building is beautifully painted and has a delightful small garden at the rear, the interior is well decorated. I had a bedroom and sitting room. The owner was very helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was extra and very nice. Very close to the tram and access to the town. It's also close to the railway station.
The TV couldn't get a signal and I had to ask for tea and coffee, although it seems not uncommon for Czech pensions to not have this in the room. The bed had a foam mattress but that's just something I don't like.
