The carpets were discounting filthy
Some staff don’t speak English
When I complained about the bathroom getting flooded when taking a shower the receptionist said that there was nothing he could do.
The toilet seat loose
The mattress was very old and the edges were loose and lucked proper support. They refused to change the mattress

Good hotel, in the centre near the Kolonada. The food was good and staff are very nice.
They don't clean the room everyday, that was a bit strange for me, no gym.

Very Good
Location is the best!
Staff is kind and attentive.
Clean toilet and bathtub.
Simple but good breakfast (good basics to start your day).
Reasonable prices for cosmetic procedures and massages.
Registration is digital which is good but it takes long to type in the form.
Sauna is small :(

Amazing staff,really clean room,good breakfast and lunch, sauna and pool exactly what need to be, great location, we had room with park view, at evenings amazing view to te Town
100%will be back next year
Only one little thing wasn't cattle and tea bags in room but about this can ask staff and you will be 100%sorted

The staff at reception when we arrived were super helpful and friendly. When we raised a concern about the size of the bath in our room, the receptionist gave us the keys to 3 rooms so that we could choose the one that suited us best. Every request was no trouble for the staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. The location is superb, very central and with a great view of the park from our room. All in all we were very satisfied indeed.
The only downside was that dogs were not permitted in the breakfast area. Therefore we went out to a local cafe which was dog friendly. Having said that, our dogs were welcome at the hotel and, like their owners, were also very content with the accommodation.

The room was very nicely decorated and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast room is very elegant and the breakfast has various options. Sauna and a small pool is accessible, clean and with generous opening hours.

very nice hotel right next to the drinking pavillion, lovely views and mostly friendly staff. I could book a massage for the same day and food selection was good for the price paid!
everything was fine. Make sure you know the wellness area is quite small, but I visited in low season so it was fine

Hotel and also the room were nice, it is a old building but in good shape. The room was spacious and the beds ok. The staff were friendly, checkin/out fast and my 2 little dogs were welcome. The hotel has a nice sunny terrace at the front overlooking the main footpath to the health attraction of the city, and it's surrounded by beautiful parks and forrest / ski slope.
The breakfast was (for me) a little sad; while plenty of choice and a full continental breakfast was the bread both days limited to 'tough' rohliks. great that I can choose whatever but it starts for me with nice bread...
The Spa was disappointing, They have a small finish sauna and a small pool. Missing a bubble bath and or steam room, and also some actual space. It was crammed in a few m2 thus not inviting to be there longer than needed.

I had breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was everyday the same but still good and various. The dinner was excellent. Rooms clean and spacy. Tv with many channels. View from the window very good and peaceful. Daily cleaning. Staff very helpful, all of them, but Svetlana is just outstandind!
Beds seemed to be a bit too hard but that's my personal opinion.

Great location!
Staff were lovely.
Price is fair.
The “wellness” was very poor and the pool needs scrubbing…
Maybe booking has wrong photos of the room, but we were looking forward to having a standing bathtub, as it was advertised, and we got completely different bathroom.
I wouldn’t advertise it as a four star hotel, it is rather a three star hotel.. ok for the price though!
