Great location, close to the Singing fountain, we could even hear the music. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was included in the price, it was served in the Cafe downstairs. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. We could park our car in the back of the building since there are no free parking spaces in the vicinity. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and comfortable & quiet and in a great central location. Breakfast (included) was excellent. I was particularly impressed that they left a teapot and milk (2 types) as I had said that we are tea drinkers. They also left water daily - so unlike many places.
Only small issues is that the television is not Smart enabled so we couldn't watch Netflix etc or Cast from our downloads.
Also, there is a wine fridge but we would prefer a regular small fridge when staying in an apartment. Also, it would be good to have a small sink in the kettle zone.

The breakfast has far exceeded our expectations, the fresh bakery was tasty, we have especially enjoyed fresh croissants! The owner and host was welcoming and caring, the staff at their restaurant was highly professional. The studio was completely renovated in elegant design and with spacious modern bathroom. View overlooks the central park with trees and small stream, pleasant fresh air in the mornings. The restaurant on the ground door is popular with visitors and pleasant to sit in. The floor is accessible by a new small lift too. We have enjoyed the stay and it even exceeded our high expectations.
It is worth noting for some the whole building has not been renovated yet, so common areas like stairs and corridors are a bit older, but we haven't found that as any inconvenience at all as it was all clean.

Wonderful
Beautiful apartment that exceeded our expectations! We arrived and met our wonderful hostess in the cafe below the apartment (and were treated to coffee and tea). After Martina took our information she upgraded us from the standard suite to the deluxe suite, a gorgeous, 1 bedroom apartment that was finished to a very high standard. The bathroom was amazing (beautifully appointed, large shower, lots of hot water and pressure) and the finishes throughout the apartment were very high end. Loved the SMEG kettle and wine fridge. There were large windows that let in lots of natural light which was wonderful in gloomy January. The location was perfect, short walk to all the main sites. As others have mentioned, breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, served in the cafe. There was free parking behind the building, directly by the entrance door to the apartment building. The apartment was actually much nicer than the pictures online.
Some may find the bed hard. The deluxe apartment faces the street (and park) and with the windows open may be noisy during the busier months. It was relatively quiet when we were there at the end of January.

Helpfulness and friendliness of the hostess and host, they made our stay! Perfect service and comfortable rooms with atmosphere. Sufficient and elegantly laid a la cart breakfast (you are also welcome to order something you would prefer to have). We really enjoyed having it in the Modr Caf, the best in the town and popular with locals. The staff is great. We'll be definitely coming back. Thank you all.
