I’ve stayed here before and the reputation is good. Mr Dvořák has previously run a good hotel. The breakfast was good, comprehensive and fresh buffet.
Rather dated. Needs a refresh. The pool was - and is - out of order for a planned refurb, yet nobody told us. Annoying extra charges, like €5 for playing pool, €30 for using the sauna, even through the room rate was itself a little overpriced. And some ridiculous bits of bureaucracy. The hotel does a nice postcard for CZK 15, but you have to fill out a one page invoice to buy it!

The hotel is the best and I love everything in this hotel .The room was amazing,and everything in this hotel is 100% excellent .My room was amazing ,everyone was so lovely ,Reception was excellent on my check in and check out ,staff in restaurant lobby and breakfast area everyone is amazing.

The room was nice — spacious enough, with a mini fridge and a comfy bed. The balcony had a great view, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including appliances and toiletries. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The hotel feels stuck in the 2000s. Breakfast could’ve been more interesting. The biggest disappointment was the closed pool. I specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool, but when we arrived, we were told it wasn’t accessible.

We didn’t like the televisions all around the hotel at dinner and breakfast. In the romanian Sauna there are no beds to relax only wooden chairs

Staff was amazing, very helpful, kind and approachable. Breakfast was delicious too!
