Breakfast was better than I expected. Many variations and friendly staffs. Location is also nice. One of the day was my husband's birthday, so we got a small chocolate box as a gift, which was very nice.
Some of the staff members were not very friendly. When I tried to book a massage, I had to wait for a very long time, and I felt almost invisible. Perhaps this was due to a language barrier. The massage itself was great, but the way staff communicated with guests could be improved. I really liked the pool and sauna area. However, most people were wearing swimsuits inside the sauna, which made the space very wet. Unfortunately, no one seemed to come by to clean the wet floor, which was a bit disappointing.

An exceptional hotel! We were a couple with a two-year-old child and booked 4 nights including breakfast and dinner. We had a wonderful welcome. We arrived on 24.12 afternoon and went to dinner- a table with a child's chair, two boxes of chocolates and a toy for the child was already waiting for us. In the evening there was a piano performance for Christmas. It was excellent. The next day there was a refreshment of Gluhwein with cookies on the hotel balcony. The rooms are large, spacious, very clean. In the room there were bathrobes waiting for us, even for the child. The hotel staff even arranged a bathing kit for the child. The breakfast and dinner were very rich, varied and very tasty. The hotel also had a spa with a sauna, jacuzzi and pool that worked relatively late. We enjoyed it there very much. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from a free parking lot near Kaufland and Tesco. The hotel and restaurant staff were very kind and hospitable. We had a perfect experience. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back here again.

Polite and kind front desk. Acceptable breakfasts. The rooms have kettle and tea bags with sugar and coffee. Clean rooms.
Wi Fi is buggy, the room interiors are very old( old fashioned). There is no internet connection in the rooms at all. Very small swimming pool. Small TV.

We had a lovely long weekend stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and hotel were very clean, bed comfortable, location excellent. Receptionists and waitresses were most helpful. Staff was fully aware of my allergy from my booking information and made sure I get right food. Service was excellent.

Everything was good. The room was spacious and airconditioned, making it a good choice during summer. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. Staff members serving breakfast were friendly and cooperative. The hotel has two restaurants/cafes and is open until late evening in summer. This hotel is within walking distance from Musical Fountain (approx. 10 to 12 mins walk).
Parking charges are very high—350 CZK per night. Pets are not allowed. Not a very pleasant experience at the reception while checking-out.

Parking. There are very few parking places directly in the hotel. The closest public parking is about 10 minutes of walk from the hotel. Wellness. Closed in the evenings.

Nice location, very friendly staff. Large room, furniture might be a bit old but absolutely not shabby.
One day room hasn't been cleaned although we were out for 5 hours.
