The staff members speak Russian, German and English and very kindly helpful. There're so many choices at breakfast buffet:cooked veggies were daily changed, so as fruits and fish paste for non meat eaters. Soy milk was there but then disappeared, which was my disappointment.
Very conveniently located, restaurants, sandwich takeout shop, super market, bus stop from Prague, everything you need is very close. Room is spacious, very clean. Highly recommend..

From the drinking fountain hot spring water places, you have to walk 10 minutes.
I cannot find anything else.

Wonderful
It is a conveniently located hotel near the train station and bus stop and close to the city center. The room was quite recently renovated, but despite that, some details were worn out or not extremely well-planned.
Just details: the room had a coffee kettle, but no coffee or tea was available (even impossible to buy at the reception desk).

The hotel was in an OK location AND it had parking! Most of the people were friendly.
The internet was slow and the staff did not have a good sense of direction. On our first day there, we asked the receptionist the best way to get to the Diana Tower. The receptionist told us to follow the river. We did. unfortunately he did not tell which way to follow the river so we got lost and ended up walking around the not so nice part of town trying to figure out where we were. Later a different receptionist almost gave us bad directions. Had it not been for my map reading skills we would have gotten lost a second time...AT NIGHT this time. The curtains in the room did not block out the sun and it shined right in my eyes and woke me up both mornings we were there.

The location
The staff hardly speak English, The SPA is located in a cellar. There wasn't a hot tub. There were flip flops missing in our room, they promised to bring them up, but that never happened.
The water in the SPA was cold.
The SPA didn't actually feel like a spa, It felt like a relaxing area instead.

The Hotel was central in the City with private parking places close by
Very Poor breakfast in a Kantine Atmosphäre.
The air conditioning did. Not work properly which the Hotel tried to repair without success
A very big room without heating Thus being very cold.
We would Not recomend this Hotel in Winter
The Wellness was very small with enough Space for only 4 people

Wonderful
Lovely hotel in the grand old style. Great restaurant/bar attached with good food and helpful staff. Close to train/bus station and the shops in that part of town. Not as touristy as the main part of town, so restaurants are cheaper. Swimming pool with jacuzzi, saunas and spa treatments available.
It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the main part of town and the facilities there.

Staff was helpful, kind and polite, even when we had unusual requests XD
Room as well as public hotel areas were clean and neat.
Location is also very good, there're 4 very good restaurants right across the street, few convenience stores nearby, and it's about ~10 minutes walk from the "main touristic street".
The hotel also has it's own SPA area, although we barely used it.
Breakfast could be improved for sure, it was ok in terms of taste, but no variety at all.
Would be nice if SPA area (saunas in particular) had longer working hours, at the moment it's impossible to enjoy them without sacrificing other activities.

Fair price, fair accommodation. Rooms are quit spacious, clean. The location is perfect - near shops, restaurants, river and promanade.
