The location is super, the hotel was excellent, the room was awesome, and the breakfast was very delicious.
It is a bit difficult to approach. the hotel The road is on a slope and is in terrible condition. The person who made our check-in was rude. He did not finish my check-in, I have no idea why he sent me away to check in a family who arrived after us. He missed to tell me the details about the staying incl. breakfast time and wifi passwords, he didn't give us a map of the city etc. instead he gave us the keys and told me to move over and that he will deal with the family first. We booked two separate rooms (a single and a double) so I have no idea why he felt the need to start the process and then, in the middle of it, sent me away in a very rude way. Then, he sent us a small piece of paper with the wifi code and the breakfast hours by our friend who checked in later and a message that I would need to sign a paper at the reception (which he did not give me when I was there). The next day, when we checked out I told the lady who was there that allegedly I have to sign something but she knew nothing about it and wishes us all the best. While we were packing in the car, she arrived with the invoice that she forgot to give us :S It seemed that the staff is a bit disorganised here :S

Perfect location; absolutely stunning window view - from any room. Nice hotel terrace for having a drink. Free parking places on the street and no problems with finding one.
A bit outdated interior. Pretty narrow breakfast offer. Bar being closed too early [20:00?]

Location, view from window
Dirty carpet, very cheap enterieur. All from cheap wood in poor condition. Did feel like in a youth hostel. Yes, the price was pretty cheap, but if you book an appartment in a 4 stars wellness hotel, you expect at least a bit of comfort. Even the fridge did not fit in its cupboard.

Good location and nice personnel. Light room with comfortable bed. Very nice view from the window. Breakfasts were fine. Personnel let me check out in 12:00, thanks)
