Not quite the easiest place to reach by car and with very limited parking. But not too hard to find alternative parking nearby. Very friendly and competent welcome and, although we refused our first room (up in the lift but then down two flights of stairs) the replacement was light, roomy and with a splendid view over the town. Supper was not memorable and the dining room was empty by 20.30 but no criticism of the much more populated breakfast next morning. Fairly steep walk downhill to town centre (and uphill coming back!) but nonetheless pretty close. We'd happily stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The rooms were clean, although the furniture was a bit old-fashioned, but it added to the charm of the place. The mattresses were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the main attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location was very central and the breakfast was good.
The bed was uncomfortable because it consists of two single matrices which had a (smallish) gap between them. For the SPA one needs to book a time slot since the SPA area is not big. Unfortunately no one told us when we checked in.

The main streets of the city are close.
Already when we arrived we had to deal with a very unfriendly lady at the counter who didn't even greet us nor did she know how to answer on almost any of our questions. She recommended a free parking space for our car in the near. But when we arrived there, the guy responsible told us that also guests of our hotel must pay around 20€ for over-night parking.
When we arrived in the room, the bathroom smelled weirdly, there was no hot water in the shower and everything looked very old-fashioned.
Later in the evening, we heard our neighbours on both sides very clearly so there was neither privacy for us nor for them. We even understood some conversations and other things we didn't want to know. After one night only, we had strong back pain due to extremely old and used mattresses that haven't been changed for way to long and we were very happy to leave.
We can absolutely not recommend to book here.

Wonderful Stay with a Stunning View! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our stay at Jean De Carro was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of Karlovy Vary. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh ingredients.
The wellness center was the perfect place to relax – the sauna, jacuzzi, and peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. A big plus was the convenient parking right at the hotel.
The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would love to come back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of Karlovy Vary. ?

The hotel and the room were clean, the staff very nice and the breakfast ok. The view from the room was amazing over all the town. Beautiful.
There weren't unpleasant things, maybe the road to come down to the hotel can be improved but it doesn't depend on the hotel.
