Location, free parking, room size, balcony and view from it.
Room 401. Bad mattress (had a back pain after just one night), the lack of an appropriate holder for the shower handle, lousy insulation (could hear everything from the room above (501), the floor was squishy. Breakfast leaves much to be desired.

It's completely home-ike atmosphere of boutique hotel without compromising its quality. Even though it's situated somewhat at outskirts of the town, it is still within walking distance of 15 min from the center.
And the staff is awesome!! Kindly welcoming, trying to help even beyond the needed!!
Of course, the presence of free parking in such a place as KV is a huge bonus..and both the breakfast and the dinner were mouthwatering!!!
There is no AC in the room , at least in ours; so take it in mind if traveling in summer season. In fall, like we were, however, it's not a problem .

Everything was beautiful. Location, Villa, Room, Pool and Sauna, Garden. The staff was very kind and very helpful, they've made our stay there very special. We're definitely going back ?

Lovely place , amazing location and overall vibe. The front desk lady had a bit of an attitude but that could be just cultural differences as Americans we are used to very friendly customer service . As far as comfort and accommodations couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff around the bar/restaurant was very friendly. The so-called spa area is a smaller sized pool with 2 saunas, of which only 1 was working.
The receptionist was awful. He judged us immediately upon our appearance (my partner + cousin are from Latin America). He even checked my partner's cousin's passport and questioned why there was no visa (he doesn't need any) -- absolutely none of his business, unless he's border patrol. I will definitely reach out to the hotel's management about this, because it was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this was the first impression, so we basically wanted to leave before we had arrived. Adding the fact that the whole building is not in the best shape, and that the spa area is cute but not exactly luxurious, it was overall way too overpriced for an off-season stay in Karlovy Vary.

Superb villa. Well maintain amenities. Room design. Indor pool with heated floor open until 22 pm. Beautiful view. Available parking at the property. Inside lift.
Very poor dinner at the restaurant. Food, horrible value for the money.
