The location was superb, staff nice and helpfull. If youbstay that make sure you book a table at their restaurant. It is a degustation experience.
I am sure I can find a couple of things here and there to critisize but I really dont want to. I liked the place in general and I can stay again

Friendly staff, beautiful location by the river, very nice restaurant with a terrace, tidy rooms with modern design
Light was a bit strange in the bathrooms (we were staying in 3 rooms), very deem, but for one night was ok, all in all very pleasant rooms with a view on the river

Clean, comfortable and very cozy. I slept on that bed like a baby. Breakfast was abundant and staff was extra friendly. A bit far from the center, but in such a place that is an advantage - walking through beautiful Karlovy Vary. Has its own parking, which is a big plus. Some major hotels we rejected because they didn'f have parking.

Just next to the stream (best thing about it the location indeed). Very peaceful and "zen" as you hear the water running. If you have a meal there you can benefit from a nice terrace, also next to the stream.
It is just a (large) room with a bed. No frills about it. Breakfast is regular.

Breakfast was good. The staff was exceptionally very nice and very helpful. They tried their best to make our stay is remarkable. They offered us breakfast in package because we were leaving the room before they start serving breakfast
Room was not clean, many insects inside the room, no room service neither telephone to communicate with the reception. No AC Or Fans within the room. No lift to take the suitcases to the room. No help to get the suitcases to and from the room.

Very polite and nice lady Lenka was very friendly and welcoming during breakfast, The owner of the hotel, young blond lady arranged dinner for us, even the restaurant was fully booked. The restaurant Le Marché is part of the Villa Basileia building. Amazing, the most elite restaurant in Karlovy Vary. Have 2 kind of menus. 3 cources and 5 cources . You can choose one of these offers (3 or 5). We chosse 3 dishes. Each of three has 3 options, you can select. Manu is different every day according to chief decision. 3 dishes portions are not big, but crazy tasty. 5 dishes portions are very small. Room was very clean, bed king size, for giants. We stayed 3 persons in double room ( one big room) The sofa was huge. Bathoom super clean, gorgeous style. Location at the end of the main street of the city about 10 min walk to the center calonada, but it was ok for us. Can reserve the inside parcking place. Surrounded with nearby park and riverside. Reccomend.
Breakfast was little bit pure, considering to the expectations and the place. Suggest to include some salads and kind of breads.
