+ Easy and free parking.
+ Late check-in (even after 10 p.m.) if you inform in advance.
+ Quiet area.
+ Nice owner.
Smell of smoking in the room that should be non-smoking!
Bathroom/WC require more cleaning/maintenance.

Secure parking for my motorbike
I'm afraid I would like to give this a decent review because the lady hostess was lovely and helpful. But I would not be telling the truth if I didn't say I was disappointed. The location and area was nothing like I expected, nor the room. It was at best 'adequate'. OK size, but dingy and tired, as was the en-suite. I was glad I was only there one night. The pictures are very 'kind' but I'm afraid I couldn't recommend this property. The nearest restaurant was also disappointing and the price I paid for a very mediocre meal was more than I'd paid at two previous 3 star hotels leaving me to believe I was 'ripped off'.
