The Vila is on the edge of SPA area, 5 min walk to get to Hotel Termal, free parking just outside of the place (which is rare so close to SPA area of Karlovy Vary). Room was spacious, garden was nice and equipped with some small playground which our 5 year old loved. The owner was nice and provided us with good breakfast.
It was hard to get reliable internet connection from our room, otherwise everything was fine.

Mr. Anton is very friendly and he is helping where he can. The apartment is nice an clean. Very near to the center. He even prepared a baby bed for us. Would recommend it very kindly.

Owner of apartments is great guy !!! He even blocked parking space with his car, so we can easily park in front of vila :) sparkling clean, perfect location.

Very pleasant owner room was spacious and clean with bathroom and toilet outside of the room. We had a small kitchen at our disposal which was very convenient for us as we were travelling with the toddler. The villa is situated on a hill in a residential area, so it was quite and nice and yet close to the city center. Free parking outside. Just one remark for the families travelling with babies - there are a few steps to get to the villa and apartments so if you have a stroller it might get tricky, but it was not an issue for us Id definitely recommend this accommodation.
