The staff member at the reception was not nice. Clearly overwhelmed with too many check ins. Another member was nice to other guests so it was a hit and miss.
The room was ok, the pool and the breakfast too but didn’t feel like a 4 star establishment. Not going to stay there in the future.

Nothing!
Everything. Beds very hard and very uncomfortable, food was plain untasty, staff is extremely rude, housekeeping unacceptable and wanting to charge extra for changing bed linen earlier than once in 7 day, the spa treatments are a joke and very expensive . Treatments like massage are done unprofessionaly and cut the time in half. Instead of 1 hour massage you only get 20 minutes. Other procedures are also a joke and not worth the money they charge you. Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Away from the crowds and very quiet. Breakfast was nice with good selection of different food.
Room is smaller than expected, the balcony fits 1 chair. Swimming and wellness that is free with room, is basically swimming and a small hot tub. Not English friendly.

It was ok, with short walk to the city center. Breakfast tasty.
Swimming pool quite small. Breakfast room quite crowdy, and there was a queue near coffee machine.

The room was ok, but needed a fan. Breakfast was very nice and the massage we booked was affordable and good. Pool is fine, saunas are also fine.
The one lady at the reception of the Green House, you can't be working at hospitality in a hotel with multiple language speaking people and give a lecture to my husband because he doesn't speak Czech but has a Czech residence. Entitled AF.

Horrible hotel
This hotel is an absolute disappointment. Nothing matches the description they advertise. The spa is out of service, the sauna doesn’t work, and all the furniture is old and in very poor condition. The staff is extremely unfriendly, and the breakfast is absolutely awful. It is located very far from the colonnade, and if you don’t book their spa treatments, they refuse to give you free bus transportation. They will not refund you for anything, no matter the situation. Please, do yourself a favor and never stay at this hotel.

Nice location, slightly outside of the city. Helpful personnel and nice breakfast. SPA facilities good enough.
Swimming pool not available for kids after 19:00. On some days parking spaces are limited.

Rooms where clean but the hotel is dated and looks more like a clinic than an spa Hotel.
Disappointing Experience for the Price paid
I expected much better service for the rate I paid. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned during my stay, which is completely unacceptable at this price point. On top of that, when i questioned the staff about it they were unfriendly and unhelpful, making the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this was far below the standard I am used to and I would not recommend staying here.
