The location and the breakfast were great!
The way to the hotel - Google was not able to provide us directly to the hotel and the hotel did not give us any hint before our arrival about it.

Very Good
it is located in the center of the city, close to everything. It is big enough room and bathroom. Amazing design of hallway-almost feel like in a museum. Nice stuff. Very friendly
Bath doesn’t have holder for shower head. it was very inconvenient to take shower.

River view from the windows ; wellnes slippers, bathrobe in the room. Wellnes was very good. The cafe was very delicious. In the restaurant the foods were tasty. Perfect location.
Very nice staff, but they could be a little faster and the restaurant too.

Excellent location, probably best in Karlove Vary, well-designed rooms with nice furniture and really clean and comfortable. Also one place where they actually try to speak English. Parking is far from hotel but available- that is also big advantage considering location
Breakfast simply do not meet the standard of hotel, it’s not so bad but considering impression you are getting about hotel over evening and night you kind of expect better breakfast. From another side - hotel is rather small so I suppose it doesn’t make a sense to invest in breakfast too much. Probably combine breakfast with some other hotels - as they often do in Baden?

Poor
Central location and clean room.
1. Having only 5 parking slots, which all were reserved, I would expect that the staff could give more guidance on how to find a parking slot in this case.
2. All windows in the apartment consisting of 2 rooms were placed to high with the view on the wall with conditioning system or even inside the inner stairs. Strange sounds all the night disturbed the sleep.
3. No instruction for the safe, that just looked after trying to guess how to setup a new sequence.
4. Worst ever breakfast I had in a hotel: cucumbers apparently mixed fresh and from another day, no eggs at 9.00 already and the staff was not trying to bring some even after one of the guests explicitly asked for this, coffee of very pure quality, extremely over roasted.
5. As "a cherry on the cake" - the receptionist asked our family to wait during the check out untill someone will check our room before we leave. Do they suppose we have stolen or broken something?? Never faced something like this while traveling pretty often. You have our passport and credit card data for this case or can take a deposit in advance as a hotel rule but not treating your guests in such a rude way!
Absolutely not worth of 4 stars in our opinion. All family disappointed...

Very Good
We were living in the attic room on the 5th floor, with a nice view on colonnade and the main street. However, internet did not cover our room, but the personnel allowed us to use internet while working in the restaraunt.
So, the main issue is the coverage of internet of the 5th floor. But we really like everything elase and especially - breakfast and personnel.

Wonderful
We stayed one night with our granddaughter. The room is excellent and spacious. The staff is kind and tries to help. Personal jacuzzi and sauna upon request.
There is only a problem with parking. It is very difficult to get to the hotel entrance. And the parking is a long way from the hotel.

Disappointing
Personel did not speak english, so difficult to communicate
Heating in the room and bathroom was not working properly.
Room was cold. They gave us a heating thing to warm the room. Next day started to be ok
The location was very good.
The decoration of the room was excellent
Massage very good.
They did nt speak english
So, no information and communication
No heating at the room
No gluten free bread as I have been asked when I booked

Very atmospheric beautiful hotel. Nicely fitting into general vibe of the city. We had a very comfortable spacious room with balcony and view on the colonnade. Thus, location is great, although not the closest to bus or train stations if you're taking those types of transport. Room is very well equipped and richly decorated. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Only very minor thing was a bit inconvenient for me - the shower head in the bathroom, nowhere to set it on the wall.

The entire staff were wonderful, the room was soooo spacious with an extra couch bed, the bathroom was a shower, sooooooo spacious, soooo clean, all right at the city centre, plus I bout a large plate of chicken and chips with mayonaise as dinner for 360czech crowns only, much better than outer restaurants and breakfast was buffet. They have all sorts of Spa service too
