Clean throughout the hotel, beautiful room 17 on the 4th floor with air conditioning.A very decent bathroom, large with a bathtub and gilded plumbing.
Wi-Fi is very weak and there is practically no Wi-Fi.For me, this is an unacceptable stay in this hotel.Very very poor breakfast for 4 stars.This is real2 stars

The location is excellent in the centre of the town. This is a quality hotel with fine furnishings. We were very comfortable. Parking was available which was a bonus. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and sufficent for us.

A large stylish room with a view of the river just a walk over the bridge from the main colonnade. Everything was great.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bathrooms seemed a little bit outdated. Parking spots - but its a general issue in Karlovy Vary that there is not many parking spots. I think breakfast buffet could have been richer.

A View from our apartment was amazing.
We had issue with parking, we wanted to book a parking space 2 hour before arrival, but i was not able to catch a relevant person on the phone. We got response via app., that the booking is not possible.
