Everything was good, personnel staff especially. I arrived rather late, around 6 p.m. and the owner came and open, I was the only guest. Although they had no cook so late and no store nearby to buy something, the wife's owner came and fixed me some dinner. The next morning's breakfast was also beyond average expectations. Great experience, for which I'm grateful.

Nice and friendly hosts
Guesthouse is about 8 km from the city center So the first bus that leaves in the morning is 7 am and then 11:50 am The last bus back to the village is 18:30 pm If you have a car it is a great option, but if travelling by public transport a little bit challenging On the last day my bus were to depart by 10 am so the host drove me to town which I really appreciated If you end up staying past 18:30 you can take a taxi for 330 crown back to the guesthouse If you are on a budget you can take a bus at 8 pm to Brezova and walk from there, it is around 3 km.

Location in small village, 10 min driving to karlovy vary, great breakfats, comfort beds
No sound isolation between rooms, heating was not in function and it was little chilly in the room.

The room was good for overnight stay. The hotel owner was really good. The breakfast was really nice, they prepared a omelet for me, its so tasty.

Wonderful
Awesome place, the people there is the best in this hotel, Iva and her husband were very kind and lovely, she speaks Spanish and is always happy for practice, there was also her son, and helped me with lots of things, the place was clean, comfortable and around you can make trekking and see very beautiful landscape. Super recommended.
