Disappointing
Friendly staff. We were contacted and greeted at the entrance.
ATTENTION for other tourists, check your bed for BED BUGS before checking in! stayed 1 night, slept poorly, the next day closer to midday a strong itch began. The WHOLE body is in "tracks" of bites. room 206 on the 2nd floor opposite the stairs.

The check-in was very uncomplicated with flexible arrival time. There is a arking spots directly in front of the building. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. There was tea and coffee for each morning, a kettle and a fridge. Overall, it's a great quality/price ratio
The city center is 15 to 20min walk away, but it's probably possible to be much faster with a bus

It was very clean !! Everything was fine. Really!!
A minor issue. After a rain shower the rain gutter was leaking. droppng on the tin roof. That sucked ! I could not sleep with the window open . Please get it fixed.

The owner was extremely friendly and making sure to make my stay as comfortable as possible! I really appreciated the hospitality! The room is modern and clean. Location is in easy walking distance to the city using some walking paths that lead through the railway station.

Nothing good about this hotel, check below points what makes this property one of the worst.
1. We have travelled 8 hrs long drive from Austria, there was no Internet on my phone. Property has the policy 6 pm check-in however due to traffic situation we arrived at 6:59 pm. 2. Here is surprise waiting for us, they have 3 telephone numbers on the door, we tried to call them several times. The guy who works in the property did not have courtesy to answer the phone call. We waited there with baggage for 2 hrs. 3. I called booking.com customer care and complained about the property, even customer care agent was very kind and helpful tried to reach them but property wasn't helpful with her either, we are very tired and did not have energy to stand near the door hence we went to city centre for food. 4. Now we got a call from the guy asking they are waiting for us near the hotel. Since we were having our meal after 2 hrs long wait. Now the property guy didn't speak English but he asked some woman to talk, she was very bossy in the call. Asked us to go there leaving our meal in 10 - 15 min, otherwise they can't wait there any longer. This was even more rude behaviour from them. 5. Finally at night 9 pm i had to book another super expensive hotel just for 1 night. We are in another country and clueless and worried. Just before the trip, we were in austria pension check-in time is 5 pm but unfortunately we reached at midnight, but owner let us Check-in without any trouble with kindness. I booked several times in the past never had check-in problem this is the first time. Very bad property. They are not professional.
