I will give it a 20 if i will be posible the staff was absolutely great, the room beautiful, breakfast out of this world we have parking my daughter used the facility’s she was really pleased with them
For sure I will be back but I recommend this place 200% you will love it

The food was awesome! Parkhotel location is a wonderful, calm, and cute place. We enjoyed walking with the dog! A huge plus is that we can stay with our family dog!
Sayna, swimming pool were included in the price. There are several different saunas and I was very pleased that the women's Finnish sauna is separate from the men!!
The pilow was VERY uncomfortable. For a hotel of this level, it would be good to replace the pillows with better ones.

Classy interior, well equipped and good location
Staff attitude, not all of them. At checkout, they tell you how much you need to pay without printing out the bill to get you check it (common manner of respect), and ignore when you tell them your request. When you remind, the staff curses in Czech language intuitively and handles it as she’s bothered. I don’t think this is okay for holiday destination where its revenue depends on international customers mostly.

I recently stayed at Richmond Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful park, surrounded by nature, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our room for three was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view from the balcony.
The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Special thanks to a kind staff member who assisted us with our meals due to health conditions – her help was greatly appreciated. The food was diverse and delicious, and we also enjoyed the well-maintained swimming pool.
Overall, Richmond is a perfect choice for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat with great service and amenities. Highly recommended!

A quiet, comfortable room. Very clean. Reception staff were helpful.
My stay would have been even better if the main lights in the dining room had not been switched off at 19.31 precisely. I know dinner finished at 19.30 but this was rather unexpected and unnecessary. There were net curtains and venetian blinds in the bedroom window, but during summer months a pair of proper curtains would help. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

We got a lovely, big room with incredibly comfortable beds. The pool area is very clean and pleasant. The staff were all kind and attentive. Breakfast was enormous with a lot of variation. The hotel is situated near but still a little away from the crowds, in a beautiful park. We loved the hotel and actually added an extra night to our stay.
We ordered dinner the first night and sat outside on the lovely terrace. However, although not bad, the food was not very tasty.

Very good location on the park near the forest. 10-15 min walk from the old city center.
Stuff is very polite. Breakfast is good enough. The rooms are specious with high ceilings.
The amenities in bathroom could be better. No body lotion and hair conditioner.
