Perfect location, room was clean and the lady at the reception was nice and helpful.
We stayed here during cold times and the room heating was poor. We were lucky that the receptionist gave us additional heating. The breakfast waa very basic and could improve.

Lovly room- historic atmosphere, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff- we stored our lugguage at reception desk and they filled our bottle with fresh water for journey
Breakfast was a really poor and we stayed there during the movie festival so it it was extremly noisy, because the hotel is directly above the colonade and park where were parties the whole night

The location is perfect: city center, nice view, enough restaurants nearby. The room was big enough, so was the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was fine too: nice choice of warm and cold food. The personnel is extremely kind and attentive.
The pillows were not as comfortable as the beds.

Breakfast was stale breads and a few not so good pastries, the toaster burned bread and was smoking so the waitress had to open windows. Only six or so tables but no matter where anyone sat, the angry waitress yelled at them and moved them to a different table. Awful selection of breakfast items, cream of wheat and oatmeal on each side of frozen carrots peas and green beans (for breakfast?) Some of the oatmeal and cream of wheat dripped into the vegetables, and yet I saw that nobody seemed to care. Breakfast looked like yesterdays leftovers and tasted very old. I saw a Czech woman guest fill a bowl with cream of wheat and then use the serving spoon to taste it to make sure it was what she expected, then she put the serving spoon back for the other guests to use. I got the waitress out of the kitchen who was very busy gossiping with the staff and explained what happened as best I could since no one speaks English (apparently due to a lack of English speaking guests) and I walked out.
No information about the parking situation until you arrive and find out the parking lot is about 30 minutes walk from the hotel, so if you need your car in the evening to find a restaurant for dinner because the hotel closed it's restaurant around 5 in the evening you either have to walk to your car or go to bed hungry as we did. I asked Irina at the 2:00 pm check in about the spa facilities and she told me they were closed. There is absolutely nothing about this hotel that would make any normal person want to come back or recommend it.

Excellent location, almost next to the river.
Staff is very helpful and in case you need help finding a spa, they will help you find a place.
