Very nice property overlooking the promenade, which made for excellent viewing. Enormous room and bed with comfy pillows and a large, well-equipped bathroom. Good breakfast and perfect location for exploring the beauty of Karlovy Vary.
Unfortunately, there is no air-conditioning so we had to open all the windows and balcony door for air during the night. And, since the promenade was right below our room, we heard every sound from below.

The location is just perfect. The building itself is nice and the view was wonderful from the balcony (we stayed on the top floor, in room 44).
The staff members dont speak English except for one lady at the reception. The beds were really uncomfortable. They didnt put enough liquid soup and shower gel in the tubs. They ran out of strawberry yoghurt. Its a pity. :(

A beautiful historical building. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Free wifi. The bathroom had everything you need. The hotel is in the center of the city, in the main street, despite that, a very quiet and pleasant street. The room is nicely furnished and has all the basic facilities.
