It is on a hill so the view is wonderful and greenery every where. Wellness not crowded and clean. I loved in general
My Room needed more cleaning .. spa for the hotel residents should give discounts. Spa a bit pricey

The hotel is so quiet and beautiful. It's situated right on the bus line and funicular to the center of town. The bar/coffee bar was great to pop in and grab something. The pool was great! The spa was a wonderful treat and ran very smoothly. The staff were so accommodating and on top of everything. It was a great experience.
The hotel does not have air conditioning, which we knew when we booked. However, the staff were wonderful and provided a fan to help keep us comfortable!!!

Very beautiful location and decor. Great food. Incredible surroundings.
Hard to reach by train. TV had limited options cause Netflix bugs with their proxy/VNP. There were some renovation taking place next to our window so it was noisy sometimes.

Wonderful
Great room space and cleaned. The use of the cable car give you access to the city in minutes . The breakfast buffet was large and well prepared.
I do not have something that I didn’t like. I would propose the installation of an automatic sale machine for drinks that were not included in the mini bar.

Good breakfast, beautiful building and good location.
The hotel did not meet my expectations for a 5-star stay. The bed was uncomfortable, and although the bathroom was spacious, it only had a bathtub without a proper shower setup or screen, which made the whole bathroom wet after every shower. There was only a coffee machine in the room, so making tea was not practical as it tasted like coffee.
We stayed for 6 nights, and the bedsheets were not changed during our stay. The staff were generally not very friendly, and the older gentleman with dark hair in the bar was particularly unfriendly. The bar itself did not feel welcoming.
Parking cost around €21 per day on top of an already expensive room, which did not reflect 5-star standards. Overall, it did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience.

No Standalone shower, shower in the bath with no non-slip mat, was very dangerous. Could not get any milk after cafe/restaurants closed, front desk said they could not help me. Not 5 Star?

Saunas are available at the hotel, restaurant is very good. The hotel has a charm from the 1920s.
They could do more effort on wine selection, especially they should have some of good Czech wines.

We stayed on the sixth floor. The room was clean, overall ok, but nothing special. I loved massages, caffe near the lobby.
this is a historic hotel from 1912, but it does not mean they should keep mattrasses from the same year ;-) . They are terrible.
All hotel is decorated in dark red colors, seems they intentionally do not turn all lights on. Breakfast and dinner are really basic, not on the level of 5 star hotel. And I mean it. They have an option to upgrade the restaurant, but we did not used it. the last funicular leaves city center about 7 p.m., so after that time you have to walk up all they way to the hotel. the spa ( except massages and procedures) is also very basic, a small swimming pool, a tiny siting area and a Finnish sauna.

The food was quite a disappointment. There are 2 restaurants and a cafe on premises. All of them are far off from a 5 star hotel quality level - low diversity, average flavors, room service that charges you 300 CZK to bring you salt…
