The staff were really attentive and friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable, just as in the pictures. Everything we needed was there and even the minibar was actually reasonably priced.
We booked massages (best to do it a few weeks in advance) and at first they told us that me and my partner can't have massages at the same time, but later when they probably added another masseuse for that date, they still remembered our request and could do our procedures at the same time and we both really enjoyed our massages.
The parking was simple and had plenty of empty spaces. The breakfast had enough variety. Someone mentioned a music playing in the halls we also had a speaker right behind our door, but it was not very loud and seemed to be off during the night time.
Would definitely visit again.

We liked everything from the spacious rooms,bathrooms with soup/ towels etc abundant breakfast, large parking place direct at the hotel, a bit out of town location (but near fast food, supermarket and highway), a restaurant next to the hotel, a small bed for our one year old child's friend....to the nice staff that helped us organise a suprice for one of our friend. Everything was just as we wished perfect!
What we didn't like was just that one of the rooms that was booked in the second floor had a problem with electricity. It fell like two times and we had to always call the reception but in minutes we had the lights back.

1. You have to book the sauna in advance. Unfortunately I called the property to ask about the opening hours of the sauna and they didnt mention that it was necessary to book so when we arrived only one slot in the very late evening was available.
2. At the reception desk you can find information that it is possible to eat lunch/dinner in the restaurant for ~49 EUR. Unfortunately you have to book in advance and again it is not mentioned. We went to the restaurant and they told us that is impossible to order a lunch and they only have ala carte dishes.
3. The breakast should be ready from 8 am however only 3/4 of the dishes were there at 8 am.

The hotel in general is on very high level. We always insist on high level of cleanliness, which was absolutely the case. The room was well equipped, very silent. Especially we liked the "Club" where we spent awesome time playing billiard in the late evening hours. Breakfast was on standard level - but when we ask for a coffee or something special, it was always well received by the host. Parking for free without any problem. For those that should You worry about the location (far away from the city center), there is a bus station very close to the hotel. Youll be in the heart of city within 15 minutes and You can start to taste the thermal water.
Nothing much to share. Everything was fine.
