The room was excellent — very spacious and beautifully decorated, with an interior design you rarely see in hotels.
The staff was extremely friendly, and I especially appreciated that they allowed me to stay a bit longer after the checkout time.
Although it’s not in the town center, I think it’s a great option for staying, as everything is just 10 minutes away.

The rooms were extremely spacious. The bathroom was awesome. Spacious and very functional.
- The breakfast was horrible for a 4-star hotel. Both mornings, the breakfast had very few options. Zero options of sweet pastry (except from a cake which seemed to be left over from previous day). The second morning we had to wait for more eggs to be prepared.
- When I called the night before to ask if I need to make reservation for the parking, the receptionist told me that I don't need to and that I will find easily a spot to park (one reason for which I chose this hotel was the spacious parking which appears on the pictures). When we arrived there was an event going on at the hotel and the parking was full. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes for a spot to free up.
- The receptionist wasn't quite helpful. She asked for IDs which I didn't carry with me. I gave instead the driving license with the EU sign on it and she didn't accept it. She also didn't proactively suggested alternatives. She just kept saying that we don't accept the DL. She only offered alternative when I asked her "ok so now what? Do we drive 3 hours back to Brno?". Very bad customer service.
- One of the ladies who served at the restaurant, smelled really bad.

We liked everything from the spacious rooms,bathrooms with soup/ towels etc abundant breakfast, large parking place direct at the hotel, a bit out of town location (but near fast food, supermarket and highway), a restaurant next to the hotel, a small bed for our one year old child's friend....to the nice staff that helped us organise a suprice for one of our friend. Everything was just as we wished perfect!
What we didn't like was just that one of the rooms that was booked in the second floor had a problem with electricity. It fell like two times and we had to always call the reception but in minutes we had the lights back.

The Hotel is located in 40 minutes walk from downtown. Good parking space. Room was spacious. OK breakfast.
The Hotel is far below 4 stars quality. I wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend to my friends. They told nothing what the Hotel can offer to me, but instead informed about restrictions.
At the check-in they started with claiming to reserve the amount on the credit card as warranty for minibar (this was first time I experienced thing like that). In the room there was a label on each bed asking me not to use this bed (I was alone in 4 bedroom room). There was a paper on minibar with list of all drinks which I should confirm if I took something.
No water in the room. Neither for free nor in minibar. All hotels I have been staying in offered free water, some even coffee and chocolates.
Air condition was not working on the second floor.
No curtains if you want to take a shower, so water will be spilled off on the floor. I also had to drain for 5 minutes for warm water to come.
Pillows were with lumps inside.
Sauna is expensive, like 18 EUR for 20 minutes. In Germany in 3 star hotel they made me sauna for free and I could use it as long as I want.
I didn't like the fact that they asked to rate them 10 out of 10 when I checked out. Sorry guys. I can't. Better service will give better rating without asking for this.
