..ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת. רק לי היה חסר והייתי שמחה לפעם הבאה שיהיו חביתות שעושים לפי הזמנה ללא תשלום נוסף.ושיהיה גם סלט קצוץ עגבניה ומלפפון קצוצים
מחירי הטיפולים בספא מאד יקרים ולי היה חסר מרחצאות עם מינרליים. כי יש רק בריכה וסאונות אבל בכללי הכל ברמה מאד גבוהה ושרות יוצא מהכלל יישר כוח ובאגף הישן הנפרד היינו רק לילה אחד בסויטה. היא ענקית ומפנקת אבל לצערי יש לכם בעיה רצינית עם התאורת חירום מעל המיטה שהיא אינה נכבית וזה ממש לא מאפשר לישון

I didnt know i will be staying in a different building,Booking.com mentioned that but i didnt understand, i have to cross a bridge going and coming back from the spa and restuarent.
Breakfast was excellent, but dinner in the same place was poor experience.
All employees were nice, apart from one man in the main reception who answer my telephone and was very rude because i asked him to send me someone to fix the A C, this was last Sunday at noon time.
Above what i didnt like, here i state the rest all was pleasent experience.

Easy to arrive by car. Valet service, able to leave car/luggage proctor check in.
Although we were able to check in early, our room was not yet available. This made it challenging to prepare for our massage treatments. The Spa staff were very accommodating and provided all we needed for our treatment and use of spa facilities.

Impressive set up. Nicely renovated hotel. Luxurious.
Wellness is stuffy, not well ventilated. Small and smelly saunas. Saunas are not on par with 3* hotels in Austria or Italy.

The location is absolutely perfect — there are restaurants, grocery stores, and major attractions all within walking distance.
The hotel has a beautiful design that perfectly matches its style and atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the spa facilities, which are included in the room rate: the salt room, swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. There are also different esthetics procedures with extra payment.
Another nice touch is that the hotel organizes different activities and experiences depending on the season, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
Most of the staff were polite and welcoming. However, for a hotel of this level, we would have expected a little more warmth and a smile during the service.
We also found it somewhat uncomfortable that certain questions seemed to cause laughter among the staff. In particular, we experienced this with the manager at Spa Harfa, and we were not sure why our questions were considered amusing.
At the same time, we would like to highlight the excellent service at the main spa reception. The manager there was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, and genuinely did her best to assist us. We really appreciated her warm and professional attitude.

Location, history, building
Service was far from 5 star. Literally no one was welcoming, including the bar in the evening ( a welcome from the staff would have been great) to the breakfast. It was just ok, but this hotels deserves more. The pool was quite cold also and not enough space the lay down.

Wonderful
We are very pleased with the stay. Our room was clean, with perfect outside view and designed to provide a romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is fantastic.
Spa felt a bit small, dark and always crowded even in summer. I wonder how it looks like in winter when its cold outside and not much to do otherwise.
