the appearance of the room is very good, clean but the bed unfortunately needs to be replaced. Great breakfast, the appearance of the hotel inside and out, great, very large parking lot with an automatic gate.
the only problem is the worn out bed.

Check out at 10:00 - too early. Reception lady did not speak any English. Old towels, need to be replaced.

Wonderful
Easy to access from the main road. Easy parking. Nicely maintained garden. Superb breakfast! Good public transport link to city center. Petrol station, 2 supermarkets in 5 minutes walk. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Great value for money. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was ample and diverse. Free parking on premise was a huge plus.

Good size rooms, clean facilities, tasty breakfast, helpful staff, good value for money.
Location maybe not ideal if you don't like walking to the main areas or if you don't want to catch a bus.

Quiet property with a parking just in front. Rooms are cleaned and beds comfortable. Good breakfast.
Location is not close to Karlovy Vary city center, but thats known.

The room was huge! It was great! Whenever we entered the room we felt good and fresh fragrance. It was nice and clean. The breakfast was really abundant and fresh and delicious. We could choose from many things.
If in the bathroom would have some hanger where to put the clothes that is nice

Parking for free, next to the bus station.
Old hotel, stinky towels, very small piece of soap, no shower gel or shampoo, no toiletries, we had to buy everything in city. Very poor breakfast, stinking sour ham and pasta-salad, probably from the day before; no juice but just water with syrup; big fat flies around meals. Personal was preparing and "polishing" cutleries in front of guests' eyes with dirty dish towel (that was really disgusting). Incredibly expensive for so poor service. We had 2 rooms, for 2 companies, but hotel could not make 2 separate invoices. Next time for visiting Karlovy Vary is better to sleep in Germany.

Quiet location, next to the bus station to Karlove Vary. The staff fulfill their job in a very good manner. Good parking space to leave a car.
