The host is a very friendly and helpful person who gave us several good tips, even after leaving I texted with him to get tips on where to visit next.
Beds were very good.
We were allowed to park our van longer then checkout time which gave us enough time to visit the highlights of Karlsbad.

The family-owned hotel is very well maintained, in the center of the most touristic walking area. Breakfast is full of choices and fresh food. The owners speak several languages and are very friendly and helpful.

The location is best, close to everything.
Price was good.
The room was nice and clean, a view of the city.
very basic room but it's all we needed.
!Private Parking (extra) is a must in Karlovy Vary.
The host was very friendly, gave us tips and helped us with the car.
Nothing, but the building is a little bit confusing, few signs will be helpful.

Absolutely professional service run by a family business. The host was very welcoming and gave us some great tips. The room was spotless and cozy with nice furniture, well equipped, and we had a nice view. The location is perfect! The breakfast was very nice with a lot of options. Highly recommend!

Exceptional, this is the only way to describe our stay at Chebsky Dvur. From the easy parking on the roof of the hotel, to the comfortable and pleasant room, to the amazing location overlooking the breathtaking Geyser No 1 - everything was just perfect. The Kraus family made us feel at home and despite being busy always found time for a nice chat about Karlovy Vary's attractions or the history of the hotel. Werner went out of his way to help us on arrival after a long and tiring day, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the WiFi was good. Would love to stay at Chebsky Dvur again!

Traditional hotel in great location.
Werner the owner was an excellent host and very helpful.
Good breakfast.
Close to a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
Great value for money.

The owner is the nicest guy that gave us personal recommendations, local tips and helped us out immensely. This was the best check-in experience and welcome that we’ve experienced so far. The room was spacious, clean and had an amazing view. The quality exceeded the price by far. Would 100% recommend.
We can honestly not think of anything more we could’ve wished for.
