The room is spacious! And the price is great with breakfast. The pool is fun for the kids. Breakfast has a variety of options.
The whole hotel has 6 buildings, which looks like a maze for everyone to find what they want.

Lovely hotel with a good spa complex. Rooms are 20th century style, in good state of repair. Staff speaks several languages, everyone is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has 6 buildings and good infrastructure. In fact the hotel has everything you need. Great location, 5 minutes and you are in the centre of the resort area. Special thanks to the reception staff, the girls do their job perfectly. In the rooms there was small fridge, a couple of wine glasses.
Permanent problems with magnetic keys, several times could not open the room and use the lift. No kettle and minibar in the room, for a 4 star hotel this is a serious disadvantage. At the reception you get a thermos with hot water, but it does not offset the lack of tea/coffee in the rooms (no cups even for coffee). Monotonous menu: for all days that we were at breakfast served almost the same.

Our room was large, beautiful and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a room with a large balcony and view. It was very clean and they offered robes and slippers. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs as well. The location was perfect and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
We wished that the bowling and other recreational activities were available on Saturday/Sunday but we were told it was only open on Fridays. The massage offerings were also a bit expensive compared to what is offered around the city.

Location at the top of a steep hill 5 mins from main town center. If you come by car, you'll need to book a parking space in advance as no on street parking.
Hotel very clean and tidy, had a good night's sleep. Rooms big and 'old school' furnishings.
I was a little disappointed by the breakfast, didn't seem to live up to the 4* rating of the hotel.
Finding our rooms also was an adventure in itself !

The position was very central and the facilities, like pool and spa, were very nice.
Not all the staff was able to speak English good enough. But, they were all very polite and kind.

Quick checkin, great breakfast, very clean rooms and corridors! Big thank you to the hotel staff for their hard work! Hotel Bristol is a complex of inter-connected buildings, so you don't have to go outside and back inside to head to the facilities. Liked the pool! There are signs and instructions/recommendations for every part of the hotel complex. Now I know why the Bristol group advertises itself as the "Aristocrat of the Czech spas".
We had issues with Google maps, the reception address was pointing to another building some 500 meters downhill. But that's Google maps issue, not the hotel's.

Amazing hotel ? room was specious and comfortable. Spa without words, we enjoyed it at every moment. Breakfast had a lot of options! Croissant ? stole our hearts and stomachs.
The only tiny moment maybe hotel may think about reopening reception from Sadova street (at least during summer/checkin time). But this is nothing to ruin vacation.

The view from the hotel was super nice, breakfast was nice, coffee not so much. The room was pretty big.
We queued for so long to get to check in after which we were told we had to wait till the check in time to get the keys (which was literally 15 minutes later) and so many people were already queuing to check in so it meant we had to get out of line, and then cut the line to get our keys. We said we can promise to not go to the room but we don't want to queue again, which was not accepted.
The location is also on top of a hill, so I think this should be clear for future guests. Internet signal was really bad in our room

Very nice pool, comfortable bed, interesting hotel complex (6 buildings connected via underground corridors).
Reception staff was reserved and not overly friendly. Breakfast was good, but pastry was very basic (cheap bread and basic rolls)

The room is very big, clean, and has nice view of the city, good location, we got two shower rooms but no bathtub. There is a children bed in the room.
We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was average but the waiter was very nice and friendly.
Each house has an underground passage to reach another house. Very convenient.
The staff at the pool reception were so friendly and patient!
About the reception staff, I never saw them smile at anyone. When I check out and give back the room cards, I said goodbye to her and she didn't reply or even look at me.
No one guided us to the room, it took us a long time to find the right entrance.
The restaurant is beautiful, but there are few choices for breakfast food.
