Wonderful
It's a good apartment. The owner is a very pleasant and positive man. There is a towel, hair dryer, kettle, coffee machine...everything you need)
There is a staircase of 140 steps. This is a quick way to get to the sources. Or the road through the center, but longer. In general, everything is fine.

Wonderful
The location of the apartment is really good, just go downstairs and you are at the Park Colonnade. Very comfortable accommodation, with an American coffee machine, washing machine and a huge bathroom. The host didn't speak English, but using google translate we manage to easily understand each other and he was super nice! I
The only thing that I didn't like so much was the mattress, which was a bit thin. I could sleep well anyway but was not the most comfortable.

Poor
The host seems to be nice. It's quite cheap for the location which is close to the center. However there are long and steep stairs to get tot the center which is not baby-friendly.
The apartment is in basement, not on the ground floor, so it's quite wet and stinky. Some of the facilities are broken - chairs, table (swinging), coffee kettle or shower pipe. The kitchen facilities are poor, e.g. one dull nife or there was a chopping board totally mouldy. The shower drain stinks a lot so we had to keep the door closed and window opened, there is no ventilator. And the last small issue.. there are a lot of cigarette butts on the sidewalk in front of the building and the host drops them too :-(
