Good location and friendly staff. The room was ok, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
There was no Air condition in the room. The spa was closed during my stay.

A beautiful historic building, located on a street lined with similar houses – the view from the window was simply magical.
Street parking is available next to the hotel, but spaces are very limited, so it's worth reserving in advance.
Very close to the city center, promenade areas, and drinking water fountains.
The room was clean.
The breakfast was absolutely fantastic.
The room needs renovation. The furniture, interior design, layout, and lighting all feel stuck in the 1990s. There was no coffee machine or even a kettle in the room – it's not listed in the room description, so it’s fair, but by today’s standards, even a 3-star hotel usually offers that as basic amenities. Only two power outlets were available near one of the beds; the rest were hidden behind nightstands. Four of us ended up queuing to charge our phones — not exactly convenient.

Worst place the lady in the desk so rude we call to reserve parking when we arrived they have give it to someone else, she offered a pay parking 1 km away for 25€ we arrived in the night after and 8 hour drive

Excellent staff, girls from the reception, professionally helped to settle in, responsive, prompted and assisted during the entire stay. The medical staff was highly qualified and met all my expectations. The restaurant is clean and cozy, the chef is an excellent cook, everything is fresh, the menu is not repeated! I checked some vegetables for nitrate levels, which are much lower than normal. I am pleased and not surprised why many guests come here several times. This was my first visit, and I'm sure it won't be the last, as the hotel has created a home furnishing, the whole team is trying their best! See you soon! Thank you all!

This was my second visit to this hotel during my stay in Karlovy Vary.
I was pleasantly surprised that they completely renovated the restaurant. A new, modern look. The breakfast was over the top. There is everything you need. This time I ordered Thai massage service. So relaxing after a busy day. Thank you, to the girls at the reception Zhanna and Maria. Very polite and helpful. In general, I am very satisfied. I recommend it for your stay in Karlovy Vary.

Spa area was a bit small, we had to wait for sauna because it was full all the time and had to sit really close to people. But it was nice.
