Excellent location and the price couldn't be better in Karlovy Vary. The apartments are spacious and clean, right in the center of town. The owner is very nice.

Convenient location in the center. The apartments are spacious, high ceilings, very clean, freshly renovated, enough furniture, no unnecessary things. It was warm despite the cold weather. It's nice that you can regulate the temperature in the room yourself. Comfortable beds. Fast WiFi. Despite the fact that the restaurant is located below on the ground floor, there was no noise and unpleasant smells. The owner Vaclav speaks English, friendly, ready to help. On the second day, Vaclav moved me from apartment no. 3 to apartment no. 1 on the first floor, because it was difficult for me to walk up to the second floor (apartment no. 3), since there is no elevator.
As a wish, I recommend replacing the lock so that you can close the door from the inside without using a key.

Location is great. The host was helpful, speaks also English and Russian. The apartment is very spacious. Kitchen with kettle and fridge.
I can only tell for the apartment #4: I would not recommend it. I think the others should be better. 1. The room was not clean - dust on the table/furniture, long hairs in the toilet/shower, dirty ashtray in the kitchen. 2. Uncomfortable bathroom - glass window in the door, sink too small to use; also I did not figure out how to use the heater - so the water was either ice-cold or too hot. Also there is a hole in the door. 3. The most important for my stay - almost no Wi-Fi. The router is located on the other floor so we had NO signal in the room - except for a corner in the kitchen and another one in the bedroom. That was critical as I had plans to do some work and did not download enough videos for my son in advance.

Great location, easy check in (keys were available at the restaurant just in front of the house). The host was flexible about the time to collect money.
No wifi, although was advertised. Problem was not fixed for several days. Amenities are quite old; sheets and towel very old; no hand towel in the bathroom and no bathroom rug.
