Very nice host with great suggestions where to go, also later in our trip. The location is just great, especially if you dont mind a short (but steep) hike to the center, which we didn't mind at all. Parking was fine too.

The pension was very easy to find and there were plenty of free parkingspaces in that area. When the streets were cleaned one day, we were allowed to park the car on the property for free as a gesture of goodwill. Check-in was quick and unbureaucratic. The room was very quiet with a nice view from the window. The couple who rented the guesthouse were very nice and he spoke very good English. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Generally the area was quite pleasant with a sportsarea opposite and a viewing pavilion nearby. There was also a restaurant just down the street.
At first we noticed a very unpleasant smell in the room. Either we got used to it over time or it went away over time by airing the room a lot. In addition, the breakfast was clearly too small for us.

The location is quiet and nice, close to the main attractions of the city but in a safe distance from the touristic frenzy.
Also the breakfast was nice.
This will be long and some of it will be facts or neutral comments. They just reflect the negative experience we had with our stay.
First of all I need to clarify that we arrived very late without prior notice, almost at midnight. We had been given instructions to find our keys in case the host was not there, so we did not worry too much. The keys were not there and we had to call and wake them up.
The host was rude and attacked us for not calling earlier to notify about our arrival time and waking them up, gave proof that they messaged us through some app to confirm our reservation, even if we had not cancelled. We also had proof through the Booking app that we had received their previous but never received their latest couple messages asking if we are still going to stay there.
From what I gathered they were not expecting us and were on the fence about telling us to stay or leave.
Finally we were given a room that I am not sure if was prepared since there were spider webs in most of the corners, there were no toiletries in the shower or hairdryer. We did not ask for any of those since it was late and we had to check out the next day to continue our trip.
To their defense, the host apologized the next morning for their behaviour during our arrival, but we already had a stressful night.

Everything was really clean and comfortable. It's close to the tourist attractions that I was visiting. Both of the hosts were really nice and I felt welcomed, they explained everything really well and gave me great tips. The breakfast was also great. Really great place.

A bit more cleanliness would be great and some stuff in the room is really very old (kettle e.g.). But for that price - its okay :-)

The gentleman that welcomed me was very kind and speaks very good English. The place is very conveniently located. I appreciate a lot the fact that they agreed to serve me breakfast half an hour earlier than usual. The biggest plus of this A. Dalia is its value for money: it might not be the fanciest or most modern place, however everything you need is there.
Short blanket (I'm 1.85m tall), the curtains are not thick enough to make the room dark during the night.

I booked this place through "booking.com". It was posted as one with the parking included in the price. Just after my booking on the "booking.com" website I was bombarded by the host with several email messages for the next few days that he doesn't accept any credit cards and that payment should be made to him in cash, in Czech currency or Euros. Upon arrival, I learned from the host that the "included parking" was on the street and only if I was lucky enough to find the space. Alternatively the host offered a parking inside his property gate for an additional money. The room was very, very, very dated. Like going back into the 60ties. The towels looked like they were stolen from some hotel about 20 years ago. The temperature in the house was monitored by an old towel on the floor covering the air coming from the outside under the door with a large gap. The breakfast was poor. No choices for breakfast at all. No fruits or vegetables. The funniest thing about the breakfast was the napkin. The host gave us one 4X4 inches piece of paper per person, no more. Like in the communist hospital. But wait, there is more: on the first day the host gave us a printed piece of paper for each person with questions like during the Soviet era. He demanded that these will be filled out properly and given back to him. The questions were: first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, passport number, detailed address, signatures etc. Come on! the communism is over in the Czech Republic some 30 plus years ago! Unfortunately the habits remain unchanged by some. All this created un unpleasant atmosphere. I will never stay at this place again.

The host was friendly and the room was fine (a little strange to enter the room through the bathroom). Our dog was welcome and there is a pleasant park conveniently across the road. The hotel was a short walk (albeit quite steep downhill) into the town centre.
The bed was a bit short for my wife (she is 178cm)

Very close to the city center, you can walk and you don't need to take the bus. The breakfast was tasty and enough and the coffie was good. The parking on the street is possible and is for free, we stopped on week-end and were enough places.
Like an option, I recommend to provide shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

The two owners are very friendly and attentive. I had a really good stay here for two nights and would highly recommend the accommodation. Room was cozy and absoloutely clean and its just a short walk to city centre
