I arrived late, and the key was left for me in a key-box. Everthing was perfect - I could find the place and the room easily. Unfortunately, I have to leave before breakfast was served.

The hotel is beautiful and very cozy. The garden, where one is allowed to sit or lay down is definitely the most beautiful hotel garden I have ever seen, we spent some time at the terrase and to sit there with the view on the Okor castel war just dreamy! The cleaning lady that we met was really very, very nice to us and showed us everything as well es helped with the baby bed.
Sadly I must say, that for the extrem high price I would expect better breakfast and also better food at the hotel restaurant. Our food was rather cold, but at least that is a separate price. The breakfast however is nowaydays for this price not acceptabel. Either it must be cheaper and then it would be ok, or the breakfast has to be somewhat up to standards.

The room is very cozy, the restaurant is great, the breakfast is very good, the salon for kids to play is well decorated and cozy, the stuff is very nice

Breakfast... portioned, more of a children's menu... but still good
Right from the beginning, the indifference already started... first of all, after I filled out the accommodation forms, I was asked to pay the amount,although the amount on the booking was 302 euros for 2 days.. at the counter I paid 315 without any explanation of the extra 13 euros,even though I haven't even seen the room in which we will stay! The present room is very different from pictures... old furniture, broken, dirty in some places! Breakfast, although good.. is limited and apart from what is on the table, nothing will be added, the staff is nowhere to be found, water is a luxury for them, the only girl who could be seen there was sitting on the phone, simply ignoring the customers! I would not recommend this pension to anyone, and I would not have stayed if I did not trust the reviews and pictures! So the money before receiving the room, the limited food and the reception and contact with the clients as in an asylum, I think there are much more beautiful and welcoming locations for the money paid! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The staff was friendly, its a cozy nice place. The breakfast was a little bit boring and not much variety and its a little bit far to prague city Center (with traffic 30-40 min). Sadly there was no water/tea in the rooms.

Beautiful garden, free parking in front of the hotel, cozy building near the ruin, the food was good
It's outdated, the staff was ok, sometimes friendly, sometimes not so friendly, only 1 bathroom for the 3 rooms we rented, shower curtain needed to be renewed a long time ago, in total making the prince kinda high for the quality

We loved it all! However the harder behind the hotel & restaurant, is out of this world. Spectacular sunset, plenty of seating, lovely and well kept flowers, gorgeous view of the castle, run for the littles to play I could go on and on!
The only thing I didnt like, is that you walk out of the restaurant to a road of a curve, that creates blind spots for the drivers and pedestrians. However, its not a busy road, so we just had to be extra cautious with the kids.
