The hotel is located at a very picturesque location - there is a lake right beside it, and the view from our terrace was amazing. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, spacious, and they had all commodities we could expect. The breakfast was nice, with an ample selection to choose from.
I booked a two rooms together: one of them with free cancellation/modification, because we didn't know when the second family (our friends) would leave. When I tried to shorten our booking to accommodate them, I COULDN'T modify the dates, because my booking included a non-modifiable room (which was the other room for crying out loud!!).
This was very annoying, as I did book the room in question with the option to modify. The hotel gave us no help or support on this issue, so we had to pay for nights we didn't even spend there.

Clean and maintained facility with unexpected architecture of triangle building was a very nice surprise for our family. This 3 floors building is very well organized and facilitated by elevator in addition to stairs. I’ve booked this hotel twice during our trip in Czech, just because it impressed us with spacious 2 bedroom clean suite, great elastic mattress and many disposable accessories. Furniture is very simple but practical, beds could joined or separated. Nice breakfast was included and was just perfect.
Check in and out is so simple though online app and reception was very responsive to my questions.
It a bit hard to navigate to the parking at night, but we managed it

The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is tasty with various kind of food - sweet and salty. It is 15 min. from the airport. The hotel looks nice and renovated.
We are a family with 2 kids, we booked this hotel because of its closeness to the airport. We had to check in the hotel the evening, after the regular reception hours so the hotel asked me to pay in advance in order to receive the entrance code. Unfortunately, it took the reception a long time to send me the code and I had to involve booking right before flying in order to get it - it was really stressful and the experience wasn't very nice.

The surroundings and landscape were beautiful. I loved everything about the area. I noticed immediately how exceptionally clean the hotel was. And the food we had at the restaurant was exceptional!
We would have liked air conditioning, but not having it didn't affect the value of our stay.

Reception desk staff were helpful and kind, with clear instructions for getting into Prague via bus and metro.
They also gave good advice on other matters, including rental car return and reserving a taxi to airport.
Breakfast service was very nice.
Although there was a television in the room, all the channels were Czech language only.

Check-in was quick and simple. The hotel is located in a rural area, which was nice. Parking was free and convenient. Metro to downtown Prague was about 4 kilometers away.
Booking.com was not accurate with how far this hotel is from the Prague Airport. It is actually 12 kilometers - about a 15 minute drive. I think the room did not really live up to the price paid. However, this was a quick stay to leave the next morning by air. So the hotel met my needs.
