The breakfast was really nice with a few options to choose from - typical continental breakfast.
The room was poorly cleaned up - there were cobwebs in the sleeping area and in the bathroom. Apart from that, there was a lot of mold visible on the walls in the shower and under the mattresses. We tried to contact the property and ask for a room replacement but they ignored us. Not sure if this is typical in Czech Republic - but despite booking a double room, we got a room with two mattresses put together. The payment was also an unpleasant experience - as they do not accept card payment, I was informed that I should go to the ATM in order to withdraw some CZK money (I had only some euros). When I came back, another guest in front of me paid with euros without any issues... Because of that I had to pay a commission fee in the ATM when it was not necessary at all.

Value for money was great. Free parking. Nice cosy and clean room.
Offer of fruit for breakfast was very poor, only apples and no yougurt at all.

We were 40 minutes late on check-in due to technical issues on the way there. 18:40, working day. People already accommodated there trying to help us and calling owner, no response. No chance to contact someone, on the phone line just message box working, no response. Our fault, rules are defined, money spent, service not used. Booked another alternative in the city.

Nice family, small hotel. A lot to choose from during breakfast with homemade pancakes. The owners are friendly and the city center is at walking distance.
The pictures on booking are a bit to 'positive', don't be disappointed. We had to call a phone number on arrival to get a code to open the door. No shower gel, only a small hard soap.

the room looked really nice and clean, it had a large washroom. mattress was very comfortable, excellent pillow. very good breakfast.
I had issues with checking-in. The description said the check-in available till 8pm, I booked the stay around 7pm thinking I still have time. After booking and paying for this stay I got the automated message saying that reception closes at 6pm. Keep in mind, the stay is non-refundable. When I showed up, the door was locked, tried knocking and ringing the bell - nothing, called the number - no one picked up. It was getting late, I had no place to stay. I had to find some other hotel last minute. The next day I showed up again hoping to at least stay the next night, since I already paid. It was locked again, no one was picking up calls or responding to my message. Second time I came that day finally some tenant opened the door, contacted the receptionist, helped getting me the room. I'm glad I made use of my money, but that was a very frustrating experience.

Nothing went well.
I arrived within the check in time at a time I had advised. There was no answer at the door. I then phoned and again there was no reply. After twenty five minutes waiting in the rain on the door step the door was opened slightly. How I do not know. I was then sitting inside on the stairs for twenty five minutes having no idea where my room was. A German family group came and I Iet them in so they would not have to stay on the doorstep. Finally almost an hour from my arrival I got a phone call telling me my room which by that time the German group believed was theirs. This was sorted out between us but then I discovered the television did not work. This was reported and I was told that somebody would come but then an hour later I was advised they would do nothing that night.

Very small room (for one night ok, but not for longer stay), Old equipment (esp. in bathroom), Quite difficult process to set up of TV (I am sure, that most of people would not be able to "tune" it). Cash payment only (!?) without any notice on booking.com. Free parking in front of the house - but very difficult to find free place, crowded.

Quiet with a nice breakfast and garden. Friendly owner was ready to change anything you did not like. Teas left with a kettle outside the rooms.
Bit far from the Aquapark etc.
