The price does not correspond to the quality, in the room you can smell cooking food from the kitchen, in the end they charge you fines that they make up for something! We will never come to this hotel again!

great location, friendly staff, good facilities
cost not appropriate to quality, for two out of three days there was no hot water and the pools were also considerably cooler

Nice and cosy with great dining buffet. The spa and all the treatments are great as well. Everything is available in one spot which is very convenient.
The rooms can get small and the mattress was not very comfortable in my room but could have been just my room.

I like everything: friendly personal, including medical personal, location (close beautiful park with statues and healing water springs), clinic center, swimming pool with different swimming areas, very delicious breakfast and dinner, including different cuisine. I had comfort and cleanness room. The hotel is very cozy and cute. There is internal park with miniature fountain and small area for relax or coffee in front of the hotel. There are many flowers. The hotel is stylishly decorated and with taste. It was very pleasantly to stay there.
As for improvement it would be better if there was a sauna in the pool area
