Calm place (the street side is a bit noisy in the morning rush hour, but otherwise not at all), view to nature, children playground is visible from the balcony. Shop is few hundred meters from the place. Parking is free outside of the garden. It is farther from the spa, but it is nice walk and we knew that. It can be great for a trip to Amerika pond and zoo, because the walking trail (or bicycle) goes almost around the apartment and then you can go by the "train" on road back to the spa and stay there rest of the day for example.
Just small thing that we would appreciate more keys pairs of keys from the front door or at least the flat. And just keep in mind that there is no tea or soap, just kitchenware, toilet paper, towels... The bed in kitchen is hard, but I am used to it. The other king sized bed is soft.

Good location in a quiet area close to the centre. We could park for free in the street in front of the apartment. Parking in this street is reserved for residents but we were given a pass that entitled us to park there. The apartment is fairly large and well equipped with a fully functioning kitchen and a large bathroom. The bedroom has a nice balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean. The apartment would be suitable for a longer stay but we stayed only for one night and booked the optional breakfast, which was very good. Friendly host, checkin and checkout without any problems. Wi-Fi worked well and was fast (>35 Mbps). Excellent value for money.
