Good location. Parking inside.
There were a nest of mites(ticks) inside the room. We did photos and left the property. No any adequate response from the host. No any refund.

Very Good
Perfect location, very nice and helpful host, very comfortable beds, modest and simple retro style apartment in a very nice old house. Highly recommended for those who are not looking for a fancy place.

Wonderful
The location is simply fantastic, within walking distance of the city center and major attractions. You can rent a boat and book a river tour right behind the house. The place is very clean, with a large bed and a very comfortable mattress. The bedding is fresh. There is a shared refrigerator in the hallway. The host is friendly and gave us great recommendations on places to visit. There's a courtyard in front of the house where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening. I would suggest adding a kettle and cups to the room; we borrowed them from the host without any issues. It would also be good to refill the soap dispensers as they were nearly empty, and to thoroughly dry the towels after washing, as they had a slight musty smell, even though they were well-laundered and white.

Pavel is a Great host, breakfast is very good, the location is excellent and the town itself is a must see.
Despite being pre-warned - if you do choose the roof-space room you need to be agile and short.

Wonderful
A very nice and cozy house on the edge of Krumlov's old town, next to a lovely city park. The location is great: you have everything within walking distance but you get to live in a calmer and quiet setting. The host is very nice and helpful, drove half an hour to make us breakfast! (very good breakfast, I must add) The room is comfortable, combines the feeling of an old house with a modern and well designed interior. The bathtub is a nice touch (though it takes a long time to fill up). Overall very good value for money.
It would be great to have more and better pillows. The TV remote control did not work.

The host was really nice and kind. The location is also ideal and close to all major spots. The bed was comfortable and there was a fan in the room too.
The staircase to the room was quite tricky and one has to be really careful while climbing. If you're above 5'10 then you would have to duck and walk around the edges because the room is in attic. The breakfast could've been better but the host did his best with what he had.
