Wonderful
A very nice and cozy house on the edge of Krumlov's old town, next to a lovely city park. The location is great: you have everything within walking distance but you get to live in a calmer and quiet setting. The host is very nice and helpful, drove half an hour to make us breakfast! (very good breakfast, I must add) The room is comfortable, combines the feeling of an old house with a modern and well designed interior. The bathtub is a nice touch (though it takes a long time to fill up). Overall very good value for money.
It would be great to have more and better pillows. The TV remote control did not work.

The host was really nice and kind. The location is also ideal and close to all major spots. The bed was comfortable and there was a fan in the room too.
The staircase to the room was quite tricky and one has to be really careful while climbing. If you're above 5'10 then you would have to duck and walk around the edges because the room is in attic. The breakfast could've been better but the host did his best with what he had.

5 minutes walk from the downtown, location is excellent, there is a dedicated car paring place to this apartman which is rare in Cesky Krumlov downtown. Breakfast is simple, but is all right. Host is very friendly and helpful, I got a welcome beer from him!
minor traffic can be heard through the closed windows starting in the morning - but this is not critical

Good location outside the historic center, however easy to reach it on foot. There is a small private parking lot provided.
