The property itself was absolutely beautiful A little inner courtyard with a cute pond and nice spacious apartments with everything that you need. There was a room where you could play pool or table tennis, a jacuzzi and a sauna (for some extra euros) and even a great event location where you can celebrate a wedding or smth. The staff was nice and could understand and speak English (with accent and some problems but enough to say what needs to be said)
The only thing that could be criticized is the location but thats high level criticism!

Spacious. Rural views from window. Quiet.
Tired and worn except for bathroom. Coffee machine but no coffee or tea. Door lock needed fixing.

Located just a few km from Cesky Krumlov. Friendly owners.
The exterior of the property looks very good but facilities in our 2 large rooms, living room and kitchen still remind me of the communist era. So do the bedsheets. A clothes cabinet without a single hanger or shelves is not very practical. The multifunctional shower didnt feel clean at all. I would rather have a simple but clean shower with one nozzle instead. There is a kitchen, but you can not prepare more than boiled potatoes or a cup of tea unless you bring your own kitchen equipment. If you want to use the on property bbq be prepared to pay an extra charge (4). Same with the jacuzzi (2 per person per 25 min). The swimming pond mentioned in the description was more a fish pond and didnt look very appealing. It was nice to watch the fish though. At the time of our stay you could find a thick layer of dust on larger furniture or under the beds. Not very handy if you need to put your luggage there.

Great out of town location at a good price. The hosts are lovely. The rooms are in the courtyard of an old farm house. It's quiet.
It needs to be cleaned properly. It is too dusty and the toilets need a scrub, especially the gents toilet in the apartment i stayed in.

We had a pleasant stay, the house is nicely renovated with beautiful garden in the courtyard. The owner made us feel welcome. Our apartment had fully equipped kitchen, which was a big bonus for us. Lots of amenities are available on the property. Would stay again!
