The mattrasses in the bed are really excellent, the room is quite large, the bathroom similarly large and confortable, the host is charming.
Well, there was no description how you can use heating (however the host was expedient in silving it), the hot water was apparently exhausted early in the morning, in the shower there is no holder for soap.

Lovely room and perfect place to park your car since they moved their personal car to park ours in the drive-in of the accommodation. It was a good stay and close to the city centre.
Unfortunately we had trouble with having hot water during our stay ( we also had a baby that was impossible to make bottles and shower as needed), I believe this is also worth mentioning since there are other reviews with the same issues and it has not been fixed. The towels were also not smelling good so I would suggest to get personal towels.

Stayed there during visit of Cesky Krumlov. Accomodation was within private house in residential area. Separate entrance from the street, bedroom/living room with bathroom inside. Exactly what we needed for short stay exploring the city. Dedicated parking space (free) on the driveway. Distance to the city centre about 10 minutes walk, no need to use a car. Spotted small grocery shop down the road, 1 minute walk.
Property was clean and nice to talk to friendly owners. Definitely recommend.

Apartment was clean, owner was friendly. Location was excellent, 10 minutes of walk to the Krumlov sights.
Apartment has TV with Netflix, own account is ofcourse needed though.
Room and water heating, unfortunately, worked only randomly, and mostly did not work than work. I tried everything to make the heating via radiator work, but it worked, and for some time only after I messaged the owner. Then it stopped working again - the boiler is probably used for all the apartments and the amount of heated water is likely limited. Unfortunately, because of this issue I would not recommend an apartment, especially in colder days/nights. Furthermore, there were no holders for soap or shampoo in the bathroom, it was also cold.
There is also a lack of facilities in the apartment. During my stay in the Czech Republic, I had much better-equipped apartments with working heating (room and water) for a similar price.

The pension provides a very nice breakfast, and the owner and his family were nice and helpful. The location was close to the centre, and the surroundings were calm and clean. The backyard was clean and cosy. The view to the downtown from the pension is amazing.
When we first entered the room, we found a big spider (~3cm) on the wall. We also found smudges on the bed linen. The shower drain was blocked, so the water didn't go down. The room was advertised for 3 people, but instead of a third bed, the apartment had a small convertible armchair. Limited storage space was available in the room.

Kind owner, a good location only 10 mins from the old town.
Nice and clean room and bathroom.
Breakfast was good and was made fresh by the owner, it's recommended, however, you may skip that one if you are on a tight budget.
