Overall very cozy and really clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was unexpectedly nice for such a small accommodation. Lovely architecture and scenery around the property. Enough parking spots for everyone.

Beautifully set up rooms. The breakfast is small but really nice. The staff is helpful. The location is just a little bit out of town, maybe a 6 minute walk.
The beds are on the hard side.

We've stayed in many different places in Cesky Krumlov over the years, and this might be our very favorite. The rooms are perfect for what we need, with a loft where the kids can sleep and play. Staff is very nice and the breakfast is tasty. Location is a bit further away, but it's an easy and enjoyable walk. We'll definitely stay here again.
Beds and bedding weren't the most comfortable but they were good enough.

The apartment was really spacious and well suited for our group of 4 adults. It was great to have a large sitting area to chill and watch Netflix, as well as a huge dining table for eating and playing games (we brought our own). Overall, it was really comfortable and well-equipped, not to mention cosy, which was ideal as it was below zero our entire stay.
As for the location, it's just across the road from the old town - a gentle 10 minute stroll and you're right in the centre. Despite it being next to a road, the apartment was really quiet.
These are minor quibbles, but it would be nice to have some games and books in the apartment for those lazy afternoons/evenings, especially as there's a nice terrace, so it would be ideal to have something to 'chill' with when sitting there of a summer afternoon/evening.
The breakfast was OK - glad it was included, but wouldn't pay for it if it wasn't. No idea if they offer decaff coffee, so I had my own mint tea, and it was a shame that the hot offerings of food were the same the both days we had breakfast - maybe offer scrambled eggs on alternate days and a different type of sausage. However, we didn't leave hungry and it did set us up for the day.
As I said, these are quibbles and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The room entrance doors have glass. In the night the lights and shadows are visible when someone is coming late night to the neighbor room.

The panzio is near a big street but the windows are perfect agains noise. You can walk to the center within 5-10 minutes. We got an excellent room which was bigger than we expected. The breakfast was delicious.
