Great location! Felt historic but clean and tidy. The woman at the reception was very nice! She let me check in early and have a late checkout since my bus didn’t leave until later. I would recommend for a more affordable option.

The room was exactly as described. The furnishing is oldfashioned (as one can see in the pictures) but this adds to the overall experience in this lovely little town in my opinion. Room nice and spacious. Big garden for us to take our dog out and can imagine nice to sit there in spring/summer. We loved that it was close to the main town. Literally on minute down the road there was the bridge into the main old part of town. Perfect location. The lady there was also very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very nice, especially the receptionist! with great smile and very super helpful in details, as a customer service it´s 10 points! the breakfast is simple and good. And the location is spot on, just right outside the the Old Town of Cesky Krumlov, u just need to cross the road and enjoy from beginning til the end of the old town

The apartment is large, clean and it has the feel of an antique home. There was a nice view of the Castle Tower from the window. The breakfast was very good, tasty and diverse. The old town is a short walk away. You can park the car in the pension's carpark.

Amazing place with lovely people. Pension is surrounded by nice garden available for guests. Free parking, special garage for bike with possibility of charging ebikes! Nice breakfast. Pension is situated on the entrance to the Old City, less than 10 minutes walking to the main square. We will back definitely!

Location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I stayed at a different property in the same area. Comparing to that property, which I rated 10 out of 10, Penzion Gardena is very average and not good value. The bathroom is small, room decor is the bare minimum. There is no AC and no fan. The room has no fridge. There is one fridge in a hallway for communal use.

Everything!!! The location, the facilities, the amazing room , the comfortable bed and pillows, the amazing breakfast!! And Eva who was amazing as well!! We definately will visit again!!
