Probably the location is a bit of a distance to downtown but there are a bus direct to downtown

Not in the city center but near Tesco and other shops. Nice host, quite comfortable room, available beds for children, free wifi. Good price.
Lack of private parking, but some places to park in the neighborhood. Quite far from the city center.

Perfect all around stay! Clean, quiet, spacious rooms with attached kitchen that has all you need. Hostess very kind and accomodating. Supermarket literally across the street with another one a few blocks away. Close to DT Cesky Krumlov
Parking seemed limited and was a bit of a walk from the front door.

Madam Jana and her husband are very nice people. She offered to take me to the city centre by car (30 minutes by feet). So her husband drove me. I was thrilled to know that he's studied some Russian in the past so we babbled a bit in Russian.
My room was super clean, tidy, and warm.
All in all, I had a delightful stay there.

The manager is exceptionally nice and helpful even beyond the stay. Possibility to check out late is exceptionally convenient. There was also good kitchen available.
