Everything!! We stayed in room 3 and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The host was amazing and ensured we had an amazing time in Krumlov. Would absolutely stay here again.

The view, the host, the room, the town, the morning breakfast. Irene was so nice and accomodating. She treats you like family and can cook a great breakfast for a decent price. The crossants were freshly made by her! And the picture of the town was from our window.

Sweet place, well cared for and very comfortable. Paul went above and beyond to be sure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is wonderful! View from room balcony is one of the best in town!

First things first, the host (Irene) was terrific! Great communication and always wanted to be helpful whether it was parking the car, getting restaurant reservations, walking directions to the castle, etc. A practical example would be how she went out of her way to ensure that we didn't pay too much for parking or had to park out of the way. That mattered to her. Breakfast was included for an additional 12 euros per person and it was a great way to start the day. The room was very comfortable and our view of the river and the town was incredible! We loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay at Pension Wok again...especially if Irene is there. :-)

Very well designed hotel, beautiful room with amazing view. Very friendly owner, helped us to find good places to visit in city and made a gorgeous breakfast. Very accurate and nice person.

Everything was top notch at Pension Wok! The room was beautiful - right on the water and absolutely lovely. Breakfast every day was more than we could eat and delicious. Irene gave us great tips for sightseeing and even helped arrange a tour. Cesky Krumlov is a fairy-tale town - one of our favorites. And, our stay at Pension Wok made the experience even better!

I was recording a little video to show the place off, and owner Pavel hands me a free welcome ice cream cone! Lady owner was helpful, calling me a cab. Breakfast was a feast. You can hear the river from your window.
Most everything was perfect BUT this is why I travel with my own pillow. i just love a soft, low, down pillow.

We loved the location! What a beautiful town and our room had a view of the river looking towards it. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Our host was very accommodating and lovely to chat with.

Everything about Pension Wok was perfect. We had a balcony and enjoyed the sight and sound of the river so close plus the beautiful views of the town. Highly recommend this property, the host was lovely.

From the warm and informative welcome from lovely Irene who is such a gorgeous friendly lady , we had 2 wonderful days at Pension Wok - felt we were staying in a family home. Room excellent , location brilliant. Irene though was the ‘star’ of why we loved staying there.

Good location, nice facility overall.
Although the property is really nice and that is reflected on ratings, be very carefull of exchange rates when booking with another currency via the platform. They charged more than what was shown during the booking process. Something like paying the city tax twice or so and the owner blamed it on Booking.com's "nonesense" rates and my "incompetence" in calculating them (lol). That, and the owner's whole attitude regarding money, felt kinda unprofessional and exploitative for sure.
