The location in the old town
BEWARE!!!! The room was FREEZING COLD. There is one small electric heater for a large room. We waited for 4 hours to let the room get warm and we were still FREEZING! We had to go to a hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE in winter!!! There was 1 small blanket on each bed. I tried contacting the host and booking several times during those 4 hours of waiting in the freezing cold and NOBODY would help us. The host messaged at 2am telling us to turn up the heat. Ya, we did that when we arrived and found the room really cold. We stay in many 2 star rooms in our life. I don't need fancy. But I have to be warm and this place was completely freezing cold. They would not bring us another heater or more blankets. Nobody replied to me until the NEXT Day. Booking could not get ahold of the host either and despite my phone calls and emails has done NOTHING to rectify the situation. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! There is no host to help if you need something. We had 2 layers of clothing and put the blankets over us and were still freezing. The one small heater in the room is NOT SUFFICIENT!

The location.
The property is unattended. No one is there to help in case you need assistance. If possible, I would like to request a refund for the stay as the experience was terrible due to unclean sheets, lack of hot bath water, damp quilts,no AC, etc.

Superb little room located right in the heart of the Cesky old town and well worth the money. Host was fantastic both with responses to any queries and check in instructions whilst the room itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Cesky for a short or long term stay.

On the positive side, the host was flexible and allowed a slightly earlier arrival, which was much appreciated. The room is conveniently located near the city centre, the bed is massive and quite comfortable — except if you want to sit up and lean back, as there's no proper headboard or support. The electric radiators make it easy to adjust the heating as needed, and the bathroom was in good condition. Parking is about a 5-minute walk away — once you know the way.
The glasses were dirty, and the hair dryer didn’t work — it might have been a known issue, as it was unplugged from the wall. In such cases, I would expect a spare to be provided. The kettle was also unplugged and a bit tricky to use, as there were very few available sockets in the room. The armchairs were quite old and not very comfortable, and overall, the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and tear, which was a bit disappointing.
I also missed clear instructions on how to get from the parking area to the room. It's actually much closer if you walk through the old Brewery area (the gate is open between 8:00 and 21:00). Thankfully, I had read this tip in a previous comment, so I had an idea of what to look for.
