Lovely small hotel, very clean, friendly staff offering tips for sightseeing. We arrived late and everything was organized for our self-checkin what we were very grateful for. There's a nice garden (perfect for a stay with doggies), clean swimming pool. Breakfast offers a good variety of options. Very close to the town. Parking is very important!

Neither the suite's door, nor the vestibule door have autolocking nor card access. You have manually use the key to lock/unlock the doors. There is no fridge and the room is not very large. The breakfast buffet is OK considering the size of the hotel but you are not getting major hotel type of buffets with tens of items or a coffee machine.

Our host was very organized and knowledgeable. He made great suggestions and made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were there. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

The owner Lubos is very friendly and welcoming! Even though he couldn't be present physically to meet us at the check-in, he provided all necessary information via Booking and was available on time to answer all the questions. The breakfast has many options, more than expected from the level of pension. The location is great- it takes about 15 min walking to reach the Old City. And a bonus- free parking right in the backyard of the house. In addition, there's a outdoor pool which apparently can be used in summer ( we didn't because of the mid-October cold weather)
The Wifi is very unstable. I spoke to Lubos, it looks like a local area problems, so have your own if it's relevant for you. Also, the hours of heating in the room are pre-selected and set for specific times, so it might be uncomfortable for some people. But matching the overall experience, these are minor issues canceled by many other advantages.

we came by foot from bus station, leave the luggages to explore old town, came back in the afternoon to enjoy.the swim pool. 24/7 tea, coffee and water.

Nice room at a short walking distance into the pretty historic area of Cesky Krumlov. The breakfast was very nice: lots of variety.

The location is great as it’s close to old town. We can park at the hotel while explore the town. Good breakfast selections too. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Good suggestions on attractions and where to eat.
