I didn't know in advance that would not be any staff in the building. I got an email with information for entering the building early in the morning of arrival. That was too late. I departed from the USA the day before at noon, and I did not have access to email the following. The number to call that was provided in a window did not work.

Nice room, good location.
The manager quoted us a misleading price for breakfast, causing confusion and frustration: the cost was actually 50% higher than indicated. Just poor communication in general, asking us to fill out online forms while not responding to questions we asked. The hotel also does not have parking "available" in the sense that this word is typically used for a hotel - instead, they send you to a public pay lot.

Very good location, spacious rooms, well equipped. Breakfast was really good value. Breakfast location was also really cozy, it's not in the pension but only a short walk away. Perhaps I got a good deal booking late but the price was also very good for such a big room!

The location of this property is amazing! It is on one of the main streets in the old town of Cesky Krumlov and we were lucky to stay there during a festival so we were very lucky to be central. Everything is walking distance - you are pretty much next to the castle, 5 minutes from the river, 6 minutes from the main square, 7 minutes from the bus stop if travelling from Prague. The room seemed like it had recently been redone because everything was beautiful and clean and new. Self check-in was a breeze!

Our room was on the top floor and we had a lovely terrace just off our room. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was close to the center of town and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was charming.
