Great location, great amenities with Balcony
I wish we knew that the location was in a pedestrian only zone. We had to carry our luggage from the car parking lot to the property about 10 minutes walk.

This hotel was so charming and the location was footsteps away from the center of town. We had the Terrace room that had the entire rooftop balcony/terrace right outside our door. It was lovely to sit out at the table with an afternoon refreshment. Our room was spacious with a sofa bed. If I visit Cesky Krumlov again, I would stay here. It was easy to gain entrance (I received an email with the code for the key box). It is right next door to Starbucks.

Great location. Cute room.
There were some small issues with the sink and the bathtub, but nothing super serious. They did charge me an unexpected 100 Krons for a city tax. I do wish that was clarified before booking.

Location was perfect. Very clean & comfortable with good air conditioning. Staff very accommodating with our luggage on day of check out since our train was at 3pm. The town is adorable. The sites are spectacular
We liked it all but just be aware that our unit was on top floor…4 stair ways up. No elevator. Pack light!

I didn't know in advance that would not be any staff in the building. I got an email with information for entering the building early in the morning of arrival. That was too late. I departed from the USA the day before at noon, and I did not have access to email the following. The number to call that was provided in a window did not work.

Nice room, good location.
The manager quoted us a misleading price for breakfast, causing confusion and frustration: the cost was actually 50% higher than indicated. Just poor communication in general, asking us to fill out online forms while not responding to questions we asked. The hotel also does not have parking "available" in the sense that this word is typically used for a hotel - instead, they send you to a public pay lot.

Very good location, spacious rooms, well equipped. Breakfast was really good value. Breakfast location was also really cozy, it's not in the pension but only a short walk away. Perhaps I got a good deal booking late but the price was also very good for such a big room!

Very helpful staff. The room was very clean and cosy with little design details. We had an excellent sleep even though our window was open through the night. Thank you!
