Kristian was extremely hospitable-he not only provided all the useful information when I checked in but told me to call him if I have questions or need help. He was true to his words- when I called him he always immediately answered his phone and promptly helped solve my problems. He called the taxi for me to get to the train station and when the taxi didn’t show up on time I got very anxious and called him a few times. Every time I called he answered the phone immediately without a trace of being annoyed. Such a great host.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and communicated the rules and arrival/departure process well. The garden in the premises is amazing, and would be great to experience in a longer stay.
Lack of air conditioning might be an issue in increasingly hot summers.

Our room was on the ground floor. It was spacious and stayed relatively cool in summer, and the receptionist was very nice and friendly, these were basically the only positive aspects of our stay.
We were very disappointed with our stay at this property.
We chose this place (although it is difficult to call it a hotel) on the outskirts of Český Krumlov because we expected convenient parking. However, there is no parking at the property itself. The nearest option is the paid public P2 car park, which is about a 10-minute walk away, involving stairs and cobblestone streets. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is definitely not the most convenient option. Staying outside the town centre does not really give you any advantage in terms of parking.
Reception is only available from 3:00 PM. We arrived a little earlier and found the entrance locked. After calling, we were given a code so that we could sit in the garden and wait, but again, this was not particularly convenient.
There is no air conditioning.
The walls in the room were worn and peeling, and the interior was a strange combination of old furniture and IKEA. There were cobwebs and dust on the lamp, and a couple of huge ants also decided to join us as guests in the room. The cherry on top was the old bathroom and a toilet with a very unpleasant smell.
Overall, the property looks much worse in reality than it does in the photos. I was also expecting a beautiful garden based on the pictures, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing in person.
There is no breakfast available, and even drinking water in the room is charged separately.
We honestly don't understand why this place has such good reviews. Perhaps the prices are much lower outside the high season. Personally, we would have been happy to pay a little more and stay in a better hotel right in the centre of Český Krumlov, since you have to use public parking anyway, with breakfast included.

The location is great - I thought it was going to be slightly out of the old city, but it's not. There is a wonderful garden that feels like your own private oasis, and the rooms are more spacious than I thought they would be.

We love the big garden! This is excellent place for family. The location is nearby everything. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The floor in the toilet/shower is old tiles which is slippery.

This is a really lovely property in a great location with a wonderful garden. Easy walk from the bus station and in close proximity to everything in the old town. We enjoyed drinks in the garden on a beautiful sunny day and our discussions with the owners. Onsite luggage storage worked great for us.

LOVED this place. The best part of the place was the garden area and the relaxing room in the garden. We had coffee out there every morning. The staff was helpful in arranging a taxi back to the train station.
Not a negative, but just be aware it's far from the train station. Take a taxi to get to hotel.

I love the historic nature of the property and the location was great! The bed was very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay in Cesky Krumlov. The hotel was very comfortable with a clean, welcoming room that made us feel right at home. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to share great recommendations for things to do around town, which added so much to our experience. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. Just one thing - the property doesn’t have elevators, so for those traveling with heavier luggage, choosing a ground floor room can make the stay even more convenient :)

The garden is fabulous. It is so fun to sit in the garden and eat some of the fruits directly from the trees.
The rooms are very spacious and well furnished .
The team is super attentive and nice ?
