The. Staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us. They even got us a big taxi to take us to an other town. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all of my friends and family

as always its the people who make a difference and the staff here are wonderful. then there is the location. perfectly situated in the old section between the river and the main square. everything a short walk and great views just outside the front door. a hot breakfast also very welcome and all at a reasonable price.
watch you head if you are tall.

Charming old building. Really cool being in such a historic place. Staff was also incredible and very helpful.
Number 1 issue is the beds. They were the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. They were worse than the night train bed I had slept on a few nights prior.

Good pillow, good water pressure and temperature control in shower, thermostat control, attentive front desk. Good breakfast.
Shower head needed to be held, frequent church bells ringing (every 15 min through the night) needed to keep windows shut but not issue as this was fall.

Excellent location, helpful, accommodating and friendly staff, great choices for breakfast, room is spacious , bed is comfortable, quiet at night, heater is working well, bathroom is newly renovated with good toiletries and a bonus of dog MOSHI ? who adds value to this place. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was tasty. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of Cesky Krumlov.
No fault of the hotel at all, but my daughter had one large piece of luggage (from living in Italy for the summer), so having a room on the top floor with no elevator was a bit of a challenge.

Staffs are friendly and provided us with very useful restaurant information upon our request. Breakfast is good and location is convenient.
Sound proof of next door and upstairs is a little weak. I think it is due to the structure of old building. But overall, it is a quiet hotel.

The breakfast is very delicious all. The bed is very nice. The staff is very nice especially the front office even not really perfect english but she is very friendly. The room is nice. The location is more lovely.
The clean of the room. When I stay there , I found hair slip in towel fold. Hope please check again and make sure clean before new quest coming.
The noisy of the floor. I can heard people walk from upstairs, next door and even inside the room the floor also make noisy.
The others so far is ok and very nice.

Friendly staff. Excellent location, super close to attractions and lots of restaurants nearby.
There are a number of stairs to the rooms. Not an issue for us as we are aware of it, but people with mobility issue needs to consider

Disappointing
Very well located, close to all main attractions. Big room.
The mattress and pillow are really old and far for a decent bed.
The breakfast offers the worst black coffee I ever drunk, it looks like petrol or oil for your car. After drinking just half cup my stomach was burning.
Still about breakfast, not many options to eat and the staff working there far for being friendly.
For the price, better to look for other places.
