Superb location, room was very nice spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was amazing
The bath area was super tiny and the bathtub was placed below a low height slanting roof. It was impossible to stand in the bath tub even for a short adult. One needed to squat in a tiny bathtub to be able to have a shower. Very poorly designed. When we complained to the front desk they feigned ignorance that it was so inconvenient. For parking they also overcharged us, at the parking lot the attendant said it was EUR 11 for overnight parking and the hotel charged us EUR 16. When we asked the hotel staff why do we need to pay extra, the staff at the front desk could not provide us with any explanation and again feigned ignorance of the cost difference. This left a poor impression of the staff in the hotel

Great location and modern amenities. There was a large group checking in when we were there and the staff did a wonderful job of getting us through the check-in process and even escorted us to our room in an adjacent building…appreciated the high level of customer service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic village square, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy its unique atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the entire hotel team provided outstanding service throughout our stay. A very convenient shuttle service is available to transport guests between the parking area and the hotel, which makes arrival and departure easy and stress-free. The charm of the historic surroundings made the stay even more special.

The location was great, right at the town square. The historical building, although small and cozy, was tastefully updated, and beautifully decorated. Each floor and along the stairs there were many fresh flowers, greeneries, and mirrors painted with beautiful flowers, making the whole place so relaxing and welcoming. The breakfast was very nicely done too. What a gem!
We didnt mind, but just want to mention, for future guests' benefit --- There is no elevator. The historical town doesn't allow hotels to add elevators. The staff did offer to carry our luggage to our room for free, if we needed. We didn't need.
