Location is lovely. It is within no-drive zone so private car transfer cannot drop us at doorstep. But it is just 170m from car drop off point. Manageable Walk even with luggage

The staff was very accommodating, helping us with parking and local knowledge.
We had to carry our luggage to the third floor up a winding, steep staircase. The breakfast was served on the third floor also, right outside our room.

We liked the view from our room and spacious room. They accommodated to our requests as best as they could.
The equipment and the rooms in general were quite old. For example, the hair drier was old and kinda dirty so we didn't use it and the floors were squeaky.

Outstanding! Everything was awesome (over the top indulgence), from the staff, the room, the products, even the Lindt chocolates beside the bed. The Krumlove suite is the best with 180 views of the castle and surrounds.

The location of the hotel was just perfect and close to everything. The staff, especially Mrs Tereza was very pleasant and helpful. She was always smiling and gave us few tips. Owner of the restaurant was also very nice and recommended few other places where we could eat. Room was nice and spaces and we had an amazing view over looking the castle. Room was nice and clean and all we needed was there. It was quiet at night and breakfast was very nice too, with nice choices.
We loved our stay in Cesky Krumlov and would gladly return.
